I was involved in a total loss collision, auto logistics were at the rescue, I was all over the place, they had me a hire car within 18 hours, took control of everything, I have just received my payment which I was more than happy with, all done and dusted within 2 weeks, every department was very professional

Although we do strive to provide an industry leading service to every single client, unforeseen issues can arise, we believe that it is how a business deals with and rectifies these issues that really proves their worth.
The repairer instructed has over 100 locations within the UK and more than 700 locations spanning 10 counties across the world, certainly not the “Cowboys” which you refer to them as. It seems that this is where the issues have arisen as you were not happy with how they collected your vehicle, nor with the refusal of the engineers to authorise a gear box issue along with many other mechanical issues with the vehicle which were clearly not accident related. We cannot expect an insurance company to pay for repairs to your vehicle that they are not liable for.
Upon completion of your vehicle repairs the repairer had made numerous attempts to deliver the vehicle back to you, it was at this point we were contacted by the repairing garage to advise us that they refuse to speak to you directly due to your attitude towards their staff members, many of our staff members also had the same issue and so your file was transferred to one of our claims managers and further monitored by one of our company directors.
It was requested that you made your own arrangements to collect your repaired vehicle, you in turn refused to return our hire vehicle, costs of which we could no longer recover from the insurance company. You expressed concerns with the quality of the work carried out even before you had seen your vehicle and for this reason we sent images of the completed repairs to an engineer who confirmed that from the images provided the repair looked satisfactory.
You then demanded at 11am that we collect our replacement vehicle the same day without fail, due to the time and location we provided a timescale of collection between 2pm and 4pm but stated that we cannot guarantee this due to short notice, we despatched a driver immediately. Our driver updated you of their movements throughout the day and upon arrival at your address at 5pm you were abusive to our staff member and refused to hand over the vehicle, this is not only an unnecessary waste of time but also incurs costs which cannot be recovered.
Lastly, once you had finally collected your vehicle and we were able to collect ours, we arranged (at our cost) for an engineer to attend your vehicle and perform a physical inspection. The findings of this inspection were that rectification work was necessary which was not visible on the post repair images, however this was limited to a polish to one area of paint and slight realignment of the panels, this rectification work was expected to take only a few hours to complete.
As we would with any customer, we immediately contacted the repairer and asked that they rectify the issues detailed on the post repair inspection. Although they refuse to speak to you directly due to your previous attitude towards them, they had no issue with this and asked that you drop the vehicle off at any time for them to perform the corrections.
To date you have refused to take your vehicle in for these corrections to be completed and instead continue to call our offices and harass our staff members. You have been provided with our complaints procedure and you have received correspondence relating to this.
Unfortunately, your attitude towards, and treatment of everyone involved in your case has made it particularly difficult to rectify your issues, however we do feel that we have done everything within our power to remedy the situation which was not caused by Auto Logistic Solutions Ltd directly.
Regretfully, if you refuse to accept our resolution then there is little more that we can do as a company.

This company are absolutely wonderful! A few weeks ago my car was hit by a police car that had run a red light. The police admitted fault and filed a report to their insurance underwriters (an evil clown show called Gallagher Bassett) that evening. I was stonewalled for a week by this company whilst my car was totally destroyed. Thursday afternoon a week later I found ALS website and thought I'd nothing to lose for calling up and asking for a bit of advice. I was at breaking point. The lovely woman I spoke to calmed me down and took details. She spoke to her team leader and then asked me to submit the accident details via their company WhatsApp (the picture I drew was genuinely so bad it looked like a drunk picasso had painted picadilly circus). The next morning Friday- they told me they were going to take on my case. On bank holiday Saturday afternoon their transport had a very fancy car arrive on my doorstep all the way from Scotland!
ALS made everything that had had me tearing my hair out and thinking I was going to have a heart attack over stress free and relaxed.
I cannot recommend them enough if you are involved in an accident that wasn't your fault. They are miracle workers. I'm so happy I'm going to send their office cupcakes.

Amazing from start to finish!
Amazing from start to finish. We had a lengthy process providing all the details for a non-fault crash and the ALS team (in particular, Cheryl B.) were extremely helpful/informative.
They managed everything effectively and arranged the appropriate hire car whilst my vehicle was getting fixed.
Nothing bad to say about the team/business and would recommend to all!

Terrible Comminication
I was referred to this company and was asked to, and sent all the details, including dash cam footage for a no fault accident. In the later stages of the procedure the only time I had contact with the company was when I instigated the contact. The final occasion (9/5/23) I contacted them - via live chat - I was told that they had decided they couldn't help and the file had been closed. Pity they didn't bother informing me....

In order for us to proceed without their acceptance we need your completed statement that was sent to your email Apr 01, 2023 10:16 AM. We also need sight of the estimate from your nominated repairer as we discussed with your husband Apr 27, 2023 10:34.
Having not received either of the above your file was to be “reviewed to be closed” at which point a final email to outline this was drafted to be sent. Please accept our apologies that this was not explained during your call to our offices yesterday, this is not the level of service we aim to provide.
A reminder has been sent to your email today for the statement, please contact your nominated repairer and ask them to compile an estimate as soon as possible in order for us to proceed.

From the first phone call to all the communications, this company is so professional and always keeping in touch to tell you what is happening, arranging a hire car (which was pure luxury!) and letting me know the next steps.
