I contacted Automotive Addiction after my PPF was damaged. I had bought the car from them, so there was no one else I would trust with my pride and joy. The repair was outstanding, and the assistance, advice and patience from Louis and Dhyllan was exceptional.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team for the excellent way they revelled our Audi RSQ3
It was a gift for my wife and the flowers in the back were a nice surprise for her ,The aftersales are send to non and upon driving home i had a small stone hit the bonnet .I rang them and they even offered to repair free.
I cannot say anything apart from they are the best in the business and very professional .
This company goes above and beyond and i have never seen a car so clean !!

After lots of research I decided on these guys to do a full paint correction, ceramic coat and wheel refurbishment on my porsche boxster 718s and boy was it the right decision. Their attention to detail was second to none and Louis and dhyllan kept me informed every step of the way with photos and videos. The finished article was amazing I would highly recommend speaking to these guys they go above and beyond .

The whole experience of purchasing from Automotive Addiction was second to none. When I arrived at their premises the attention to detail was very clear to see, I was given a walk around the premium stock and detailing bay. Every single member of staff was extremely friendly and the contact I had with Louis and Dhyllan was brilliant.

I bought my RS3 from these guys back in 2021. They were super helpful, the car was exactly as described and was delivered to me in Northumberland in a covered trailer and had been prepared beautifully. The car was immaculate and exactly as promised. They even sent me a comprehensive guide for cleaning the car - that I still use today. I did have an unfortunate sensor failure in the first few weeks and again this was sorted with no quibbles or issues. I can't fault these guys for the quality of their cars and their customer service. Thoroughly recommend.
