Fraud - DO NOT ORDER
I ordered a part on 1/9/24, received confirmation and saw the charge on my credit card statement online. On 1/11/24, I received an email that said my order was cancelled because my payment had been declined. Checked the credit card, sure enough the charge was still there. The company rep "Derick" emailed then and said it was a problem with their payment processor and if I'd just replace the order tomorrow, they would ship my part on Monday and the original charge would be refunded in 2-3 days. Not sure if they really thought I was born yesterday or what but of course I emailed back stating that there would be no further orders until the refund was received. On 1/16/24, after receiving no further communication from the company as well as no part and no refund, I emailed again giving them until the end of the day on 1/19/24 to either produce the part or the full refund. No communication was received and I called the credit card company on 1/22/24. They told me that the refund was posted onto my account on 1/21/24 and it finally showed up on my statement on 1/23/24. I have no doubt that had I not threatened legal action, I would have not received a refund. I also have no doubt that had I "replaced" the order "tomorrow", I'd be out twice. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAM/FRAUD COMPANY.
