Postage charge ridiculous. Packaging for a tiny item absolutely huge. Part fine and promptly delivered but I will not use them again.

I ordered a window wiper motor for my daughters car citron Ds3. You sent totally the wrong part she couldn't drive her car with no windscreen wipers and as a result she nearly lost her job! so thanks for the mix-up I will never be ordering from you again!

sadly they are not a uk company,they are part of autodoc which is german not that i have a problem with german sites.my issue was postage time took way longer than i was hoping for which wasnt good for my customer.and you dont find out where you parts are untill you check tracking in the email they send and by then its to late.

Slow and expensive
They charged £11.90 to deliver a small plastic part that was in stock costing £9.23 and it took them 6 days to deliver it.

completely mis-sold an item after using their own make and model selection criteria. Please look at how poor overall their reviews are on trust pilot (I wish I did) before you part with any money !!!!!!
They will not give me a refund even though the part simply does not fit.
Should be zero stars.....
You cannot even put bad feedback onto their website, it will NOT accept 1 STAR feedback. I think that says it all.
