I am very happy with Auto Pay Plus, until we were hit with fees we were never told about when we paid the car off. The second representative we spoke with today 01/30/26, Clebert was very helpful and pleasant. He showed that he cared about and understood our concerns and explained them. I didn’t treat the man with the respect he deserved but I apologized.
Was great I got upset because of how many times i had to clear a problem up and i was rude to him. I felt i did not treat him with the respect that he deserves so i apologized and told him I was sorry. He was very professional and a great representative.
