I tried to buy a Renntech ECU for my MB Sprinter, but AutoTalent lost it in shipment and has failed to send a replacement. $1182.60 paid for nothing. Ordered on November 29th 2025, and still nothing. Their useless customer support says I need to keep waning. of course, now it is well beyond 60 days for the credit card chargeback and they have defrauded me of $1182.60. They keep saying that "weather issues" are holding up my order??? I am not an idiot, but guess I am since I let it go this long and now I will never get my Renntech nor my money. I would not trust these scammers with anything.

Great experience overall with autotalent on multiple occasions now. I ordered an incorrect midpipe and had to reach out to customer service to switch my order. They had it taken care of same day. This time around ordered some springs that happened to be out of stock. They reached out immediately to let me know there would be a 4 week lead time and asked if I was willing to wait instead of just assuming. Worth the wait, & they had the best price available on this item!

The pricing was very competitive for Black Friday. Shipping to my state was fairly quick. My order was an AMS heat exchanger. After opening the box, I did notice some damaged fins. This may have happened during shipping or a possible manufacture defect. I expected to receive a new product, but it doesn't quite feel that way.

Recently purchased mid pipe and downpipes for my M4 - overall a great purchase (so far - haven't had a chance to have them installed yet as I live in Alaska and my baby girl isn't coming out of garage hibernation until late April). The only issues were a little hiccup in shipping and requests for reviews well before I received the product. I also had trouble getting clear and defined instructions on how best to register the warranty for each item I purchased. Although I will say, throughout that interaction Madeleine was amazing. Took the time to get multiple answers my direction within a 24 period, some within an hour or so, very very helpful. Incredibly professional and prompt which I have to say - Thank you Madeleine, you're a true gem and should get a raise without question! Looking forward to getting these bad boys installed so my M can sound like she should have from the dealership :-) I'll double back once everything is installed.

I don't even know where to start, but I've been patient but turn turnaround time is awful. If you are a distributor of a product have some way to contact them without 2/3 day delay. It's ridiculous
