This service has lack of functionality…

This service has lack of functionality for people who has status like F-1. Not going to looking for house if they use Avail for application.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand the unique challenges that come with applying while on an F-1 visa. To clarify, Avail partners with TransUnion to generate screening reports, and they do require a valid SSN or ITIN along with a U.S. residence history in order to process those reports.

That said, renters coming to the U.S. can still apply through Avail, though in some cases, they may not be eligible for screening reports due to TransUnion's requirements. We know this isn't ideal, and we truly appreciate you bringing attention to it. Your feedback helps us advocate for a more inclusive experience, and we’re always here if you’d like to connect with our support team to explore possible options.

Well worth the cost

Always surprised at how quick I can get a live person on the phone to help me figure things out so far I have gotten great tennis who pay on time and are taken care of my properties by using the background checks and tools available through avail none of this to even mention how convenient it is to list all my properties with a push of a button

I am used to the reports having at least 2 to 3 previous addresses. Current ll is not always your best resource.

Thanks for the feedback! You bring up a great point—previous addresses can add valuable context when evaluating a tenant’s history, and we completely understand how useful that insight can be. The screening reports we provide come directly from TransUnion, so if you're not seeing 2–3 past addresses, there could be a variety of reasons. It could simply mean the applicant hasn’t lived at that many places yet. That said, we agree that having a more complete picture is ideal, and we’re always looking for ways to improve. $9 per month for lease addendum

Wanted to do a new lease with avail and add an addendum that says if the leasee loses the keys and fob to the condo the leasee pays to have them replaced. For this one paragraph avail wants to charge me not once but $9 every month.

This should/could actually be part of of standard
lease since since this situation is not all that unusual.
