Process was very smooth and the staff was very cooperative

Your employee Karthik is very rude in onboarding process this is totally unexpected and unprofessional later a guy name babu handled in a well manner please don’t entertain this kind of unprofessional behaviour because it is not his own company he is representing the whole company what ever reflects it will reflects to the company and this needs to be considered in a actionable way.

My abroad education loan experience was worst ( Sep -2025) .. they charge you unnecessary money (37k in my case) in advance and if the loan is not disbursed due to any other reason later they won't refund.

the team is unprofessional just don't let them fool you. Won't recommend to anyone. It's a SCAM.

It was a really good and quick experience.

Avanse pune team under Miss Pallavi Goray, sanctioned my loan, took my processing fee .
She sent her junior manager to my office and took 8000 rs on his personal account to get stamp paper and other things .

Then took avanse processing fee
Due to sone health issues one of my document was pending which i asked time of around 40 days . ( I had one urgent surgery, unforeseen.)

They cancelled my loan. Not refunded my entire amount of processing fee.
And the manager Kunal bawane stopped replying about when he would return my money that he took on personal account.

I have been begging for last three months to return my money, no one responds.
Ms Pallavi Goray is the woman who has canceled by loan.
Avanse is not her personal property.

I would appreciate if someone can guide me what to do here.
I have been mentally tortured by Ms Pallavi Goray and her team for their personal gain.

struggling with university tution payment, university doesnt share details and disbursement doesnt allow me to handle payment or credit card or any other method, feeling helpless, i dont even have money for expenses

Its very bad experience with avanse, I can say its a fraud , they dont say any rules and finally they will say its a rule and i dont recommend anyone to apply a loan in avanse, The staff is unprofessional and uneducated( Mithlesh, samarjith) one of the useless who r working in avanse, they did the process very complicated and i cant say how badly the situation was but they will not be in their words, they keep on changing their words, one day they will tell process will take time and another day they wont react also, they r very active before paying a processing fees, after paying there is no support and no response from them, Actually my loan amount was 46lakhs and i signed the sanction letter after that they reduced loan amount to 41lakhs, then if there is no value of sanction letter signed they why there is such rules of sanction letter, i totally got irritated by their process, Today i am flyjng still i didnt receive the funds in our account. Living expenses also they cant do then there is no use of taking loan in avanse.

Lot of unnecessary formalities , taking a lot of time, almost missed the deadline
