scam, hacked into my payments to sign up for a subscription i didnt authorise. shame on you. karma will find you

Attention absolute SCAM ordered 2 shirts ...not as stretchy as they advertise which is fine but they charged me the 2 shirts and after that monthly subscription fees of 24.99 EUR ....I'm reporting this to Shopify, Bank, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FORM THEM unless you want to be scammed

Ordered 2 wallets, both that came were wrong and when I emailed them to try and get this sorted with photos of what was sent and a screen shot of what i ordered they replied with, I quote
"Hi,
We understand your concern and we’re sorry for the frustration this situation has caused.
After a thorough review, our fulfillment team has confirmed that the correct item was packed and shipped according to the order details.
While we recognize this may not match your expectations, we want to offer a resolution to help move forward.
At this time, the options we can offer are:
• 50% store credit toward a future purchase
• 50% refund to your original payment method"

As if I would order from them again. I am having to chase them for the correct products and getting no where.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

The wallet i ordered was delivered to the wrong country. When I reached out to avelia, a delightful employee named sarah who was about as helpful as a third tit, informed me that it was delivered and to take it up with the courier who of course is unreachable and therefore no refund.
A scam is all this website is

One star is to high. They sent the wrong wallets. When I asked for them to send the right ones they said they sent the right wallets. They are a rip off. Scammers!

This company doesn’t deserve a one star. They are a scam. I ordered a 9-1 wallet and like other comments, they took a month to send me some mystery piece of junk. They offered me a bogus 50% refund, which I declined of course. Stay clear of this company.

I wouldn’t even rate this appalling company 1 star!

Ordered a 9-1 wallet and got a piece of sheet metal with some odd fabric.

When I challenged them, they told me they had sent the correct item and to send them back I would be charged a re-stocking fee!!!!

Scams. 9in1 wallet is a piece of metal with a rubberband around it. Nothing like the advertised. Dont buy anything from this website. Its pure SCAM

Also if you have, report them for fraud to Shopify.

Not even worth the 1 star!

Was intrigued by the look of their 9-in-1 wallets, and thought I'd give them a go, seeing as they had a BOGOF offer going. I get the package, and I don't even know what the hell it was they sent me, but it was ABSOLUTELY NOT what was advertised!!

I got in contact with them via email (and actually got a response!), and was told to send it back to America with a courier of my choice. This, despite the claim on the refund policy on their website, which states that if the return is accepted, they will send the customer a return shipping label.

I'm refusing to pay the shipping and tarrifs (thanks, Convict Don), which end up being nearly what I originally paid, and I'm now stuck with two "things" that I can't do anything with or even attempt to sell off to try and recoup some of the costs!

TL;DR, scam! Absolute scam!

Awful product quality and terrible service.
Instant regret on ordering 2 bras via Instagram ad - contacted them to cancel the order which they said they couldn't do as they already processed the order and that I would have to wait for it to arrive to request a full refund.
When it arrived the product was really poor quality and even fully extended the straps were too short. I contacted the next day for a refund and was told they could only offer 50% refund or an exchange. I said based on UK consumer law I was entitled to 100% refund including shipping which they continued to say was against their policy. I'm now requesting a reverse charge through my bank as this is clearly a scam.
The website and ads make it look genuine but unfortunately it is not.

Disgusting products - not as advertised. SCAM

Absolutely terrible. First they signed me up to a strange membership, which thankfully I was able to clock and request cancellation before it was actually charged. Then the bras are in no way even near what was advertised. Insane scam. I ordered these jelly technology bras that you see all over instagram and got a piece of fabric weirdly sewn together. Absolutely awful. Scam. Wish I had looked at reviews before.

Ordered two shirts for £31. Took almost a month to arrive from China. Buying directly from temu would have been quicker. Cheap polyester, they smell horrible, fitting is too loose. Got an email about a subscription which I never signed up for. You need to email to get the subscription cancelled. There is no information on return procedure on the website. Sent an email for return procedure and was told to send the item back to USA and pay a restocking fee of $15.

Wish I had looked up the reviews.

Stay away from this company at all costs. They do everything they can to get away with your money. Im well within their return policy guidelines and they refuse to give my money back.

The items were bad quality and didn't fit well at all. Customer service emails were painfully slow and felt AI generated. They will only refund 50% of the order if you want to return and charge a $15 restocking fee plus shipping to return. Absolute scam do not buy from here

I ordered two tank tops advertised as cotton. What I received were items labelled 90% polyester / 10% elastane, with no cotton content at all.
I contacted customer support immediately and provided photos of the labels. Despite this, the company repeatedly categorised the issue as “material expectations or preference,” which is incorrect — the items simply did not match the product description.
They refused a full refund, refused to provide a prepaid return label for their mistake, and offered only a 50% partial refund, stating this was their “final decision.”
I was left without the products I ordered and with items that are unusable to me. Based on this experience, I would advise other customers to be very cautious and to check material descriptions carefully.
