After getting an online quote
After getting an online quote, I called and spoke with a representative about questions I had for now, and questions about items upcoming in the future as I turn 65 this year. The agent, Justin was very helpful and informative. He also suggested that I consult with the owner of the airplane I'm renting on exactly how much Hull coverage I needed. Since it was lower than I had quoted he saved me some money. Customer service like that inspires confidence in a company. I will continue to do business with Avemco from here forward.

Very helpful and straight forward to work with
Very helpful and responsive to my questions. While not the cheapest option - They do offer the flexibility to adjust the coverage I needed for the different configurations (wheels, skis & floats) of my aircraft. Very straight forward and easy to work with. They also allow you to spread payments out so didn't have to pay out one lump sum. Very happy customer.

Seamless & Painless!
Avemco made the purchasing insurance for my first aircraft a seamless and painless process. Working directly with the underwriter proved to be the best way forward. The rate was also better than I was quoted by any other insurer, even AOPA's Preferred Partner couldn't come close in either price or customer experience.
The team at Avemco were surpremely responsive to all my questions.

Avemco has been the most user friendly…
Avemco has been the most user friendly interface of all the aviation insurance agencies I have used over 40plus years of aircraft ownership. When working through brokerage agencies there is always a wait for answers, not so with Avemco. I enjoy direct answers from the first person and consistent answers if you call back about the same issure. Avemco has also been reasonable with two of our pilots being older and the conditions for isuance have been reasonable.
