I wish I could give Sonia 10 stars.
I came to her for allertox treatment, having suffered with chronic rhinitis for over 5 years, and failing to get any effective treatment from the NHS. Sonia is incredibly knowledgable and explains everything you need to know in detail. She really listens and tries to understand the causes and possible treatments for your issues. This makes such a difference when you have been repeatedly dismissed by doctors.
Really couldn’t recommend her any more, and if you want to try treament for allergies or allergy-like symptoms, Avenir is the right place to go.

The consultation was in depth and hopefully gave you some new avenues to explore with this condition. The Allertox treatment in Rickmansworth and Northwood is fairly new to the UK and I hope you gain some relief for your condition.
Time I wrote a review on how amazing Sonia is
I’ve been seeing Sonia over the past two years now for treatments ranging from filler, botox, polynucleotides and FRF. Every time I see she’s so consultative and caring. A lot of my friends, including my mum, have been referred to her by myself and have all continued to use her due to how great she is at what she does.
I went to write this review this morning because I saw her for the first time yesterday in a while, as I’d been busy with work. I’d honestly forgot how much I enjoy our treatments but also how amazing my face looks after.
When I came to write this review I was a little confused by the comment I saw below as I couldn’t think of a bad word to say about anything Sonia has ever done, in both her profession and as a consultant, otherwise I wouldn’t write this review or refer her to the amount of people I have.
If you have any insecurities but aren’t sure where or if you want to start I can’t recommend her enough.

At my initial consultation, she explained everything beautifully and the treatment was totally stress free
I find her very professional but at the same time I find her super friendly and she explains every step clearly

Very disappointing experience with Dr. Sonia!
I was very disappointed with Dr. Sonia. I was so keen to rebook an appointment with her as I was happy with my previous appointment. As i booked my consultation, they have taken 30 pounds consultation fee and with regard to it I can buy products in the pharmacy. Unfortunately because of traffic situation I came late, Dr. Sonia did not complete my consultation as i was late & did not fully refund my consultation fee nor she allowed me to buy products for the pharmacy. Please think before you book with this clinic as they are not firm and not respectful.

Further to your review, I feel it best to clarify your statements as I have already done so via email yesterday evening.
Avenir Clinics is an ethical and professional practice, which has always upheld a high standard of care for our patients.
You arrived over 30 minutes late for the consultation, which you said was due to travelling by train and then a short bus ride from the station. Out of goodwill, I still continued with your appointment despite your late arrival time having a subsequent effect on clinic patients booked in after you.
The service you had requested, requires a prescription based product. As per any service in Pharmacy or general medicine, one would review a condition or service provision if the patient has not been seen for 3-6 months respective of service. In your case, your last visit to the clinic was in 2022 as you mentioned you travel frequently. Therefore the approach as per our procedures would most definitely be to have a review consultation before a service is offered as a number of factors could have changed in the time you have not been attending our clinic.
The consultation fee is a deposit for the appointment session and for our professional time for the service being offered. This fee is fixed and the consultation may or may not lead to a service but is important for your safety. The fee is redeemable against any medical grade skincare products or treatments you choose to have at Avenir Clinics. This is clear stated on the website.
Your repeated request for a 'discount' on our service was politely refused as the treatment being provided is a medical and prescription product application, using a premium licensed product. As mentioned above, all prices are fixed and are clearly listed on the website.
Additionally, our services are priced very competitively and we uphold and maintain a professional and ethical standard from start to finish, as has been mentioned in several testimonials here.
The consultation was conducted in the same manner it is with all patients which included a comprehensive medical history followed by an assessment. After having your request of a 'discount' declined numerous times, you made the decision to not go ahead with the treatment. Upon leaving, you demanded a refund and then to spend the fee on Pharmacy goods. Avenir Clinics is not directly owned or associated with the Pharmacy you visited and therefore the fee cannot be redeemed against Pharmacy/shop goods. The consultation fee is only redeemable against any medical grade skincare products or treatments you choose to have at Avenir Clinics, neither of which you decided to have.
As can be clearly seen from other reviews, our professionalism and patient safety is priority and at the core of our patient-centric approach.

I’m so glad I found Sonia! She’s super welcoming, really took the time to understand what I was currently experiencing, and was extremely informative when explaining my preferred treatment (B12 shots). We came up with a treatment schedule together, which I really loved as it took my preferences and needs into consideration. I will be back and recommending Sonia to everyone I know!
