I sent an email enquiring about a matter with a carpet company damaging my cooker. A man contacted me that same morning, gave me advice over the phone and was extremely pleasant to deal with. Very impressed.

He would always give me full transparency on where we were up to and he was very persistent on getting this matter completed with great professionalism and care.
