I have been looking for a particular Rolex watch for a while. Having been on the list with local Rolex dealers for 2 years, I finally decided I just did not want to wait any longer. Some googling and research led me to Avi & Co. I live in South East Asia, so buying from a reputable dealer for this kind of purchase is incredibly important. My sales person Bernil was outstanding. Despite the massive time zone difference he was able to show me exactly what I was looking for, and he even sourced an additional watch that they did not have in stock for me. My watches arrived via FedEx within a few days of payment. Just perfect! I could not be happier. During the early covid stages while every store was closed I was online shopping for a Rolex. I can across AVI&CO and called the number. A woman by the name of Diana picked up and immediately showed amazing interested and willing trying to help me pick the right model. After shopping around elsewhere , Diana would follow up with me weekly sometimes more than once a week showing me different models that suits my style. When everything opened I made an appointment to finally meet her at the beautiful luxurious boutique they have in the diamond district. I picked my dream watch with Diana’s assistance and help.
