Further to my review in November 2023, I have not heard from Aviarto nor had any response to the numerous emails and tickets I raised. I'll now be contacting my bank and reporting this as fraud. Beware if you're researching prior to signing up with them. They take your money and refuse to allow you to leave, and despite telling them to stop payments will continue to take them. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Terrible site. No sales. No help centre. Not easy to use at all. Unauthorised payments regularly taken and no obvious delete account buttons. No response from email when account deletion was requested. Terrible. Trash. Would not recommend. Defo use Etsy it’s totally worth the fees instead of this rubbish.

Opened my store around 3 months ago. And had a few sales the site is very helpful!
I’ve had a few issues but Aviarto has helped me sort through it without any problems. The site is very simple and easy to use and for under £3 I’m impressed. I’ve already recommended a few of my friends as seller and buyers and they also give a good review. Definitely give it a try !

Ordered something from this site they have taken my money but still no goods have emailed and FB message no response think 🤔 I may have just given money away ???

It is such an easy site to use. Support, should you need it is helpful too. But I've had no issues with uploading, payments, getting paid myself. It's just a great site that is simple to use.

Scam site do not use!!!! £60 down no customer service or reply’s from anyone.

I have had a shop running had sales been posting them out. Went to log on 2 days ago and my shop can’t be found I have outstanding orders I can’t complete, customers waiting, order money in my account I haven’t withdrawn yet. I’ve emailed and had no response, sent around 5 emails, I’ve messaged on Facebook and no one is replying ?! Have you stolen my money I am at my wits end I have orders I still need to send out and customers waiting and Aviarto aren’t responding to me ? And my email is now no longer recognised on the site so I can’t log on to fulfil orders or withdraw the money I have earnt.

It seemed too good to be true, it was!

Adding listings is a faff. Photos can only be uploaded one at a time. It looks like you can only set one flat postage rate for all items.

They say you can upload your Etsy csv file, but the bulk uploading tool doesn't work. They say you can email them with your file and they'll add it for you - nope, no response. No response to a further 2 emails and 2 chat messages. Ok, so I'm thinking of closing my freshly opened shop, as no support doesn't give me confidence in the company.

Request help don’t get it. Avoid

No response when you need assistance to set up your "shop". No information as to who owns Aviarto.com, so you cannot even contact "head office" to resolve issues. It is also NOT as advertised, it is NOT a pure arts and crafts platform. (They have sellers who are selling inappropriate products on their platform). Although the concept is good, whoever is running it is not able to fulfil their advertised standards, nor are they able to support the platform efficiently. It really is sad as it has the potential to assist many sellers.

Great site to be a part of - easy to navigate and as a shopper, so many wonderful crafters and artists under one roof!

I love this site!
You have to put in a little extra leg work to push your advertising unlike etsy etc but for £3 a month with unlimited listings I feel that is a totally fair trade off.
The site is new and it has some teething problems but everytime I have messaged the chat for help or advise they have been pleasant, patient and helpful. They welcome the feedback and actually act on the negatives.
Very happy with the service.

I signed upto Aviarto but during the loss of my son who passed away 37 weeks I dont use and your still taking money from my account, I need this stopped as I'm paying of funeral bills

I opened my store for one month. Lots of views but no sales. I decided to close my shop. However, Aviarto proceeded to take the £3 monthly fee from my account.
I emailed them asking for a refund and they refused, quoting their terms and conditions which I had read and nowhere does it say that I have agreed for them to take money when my shop has been closed.
If this is how they treat sellers, then buyer beware.

An easy platform to list my items for sale leaving me more time to craft! Plenty of views but waiting on my 1st sale. I can upload listings from my phone straight after taking photos so no messing around moving image files and can easily view my dashboard from my phone too. An app may be useful in the future.

Trying to set postage is horrendous, it would be easier if you could add on each seperate advert. I cant find anyway to amend an advert once posted or how you can delete items. given up deleting account.

I have Etsy and Shopify shops and I find them easier to work with. I chose paid plan with this platform and I find difficult that you have no option to talk to someone by phone. Only option to contact is to to email them or chat via messenger. Another minus is shipping and it's settings. Way to complicated and difficult to set options for different shipping for different products. Importing Etsy listings is not great as well. All I could use was pictures and even in this option some pictures were not imported.
I have uploaded my policies and they look as they should in my edit box but it is one massive blob on my workshop(This look as it was suppose to be looking like now so added one star)
I'll give this platform few months to try and we will see.
I hope they will work on those issues as it has opportunity to grow.
One more thing that came to my mind that I have a lot of wives of my workshop but not a single sale or addition to liked items or wish list. My views grow to steady and too proportionally. All items are the same so bots came to my mind rather real views.

I have only just started using Aviarto as a seller. So far I like it a lot and think/ hope it has a potential to grow. The interface of their website is appealing and adding listings is very straight forward. Unlike Etsy, there are no fees for every single action or operation you do.
You can also very easily and quickly get in touch with people who run it.

feeling great to see you around, platforms need a new competitors well done and keep it up.
