I would give negative stars if there was an option. BE WARNED, do not purchase from this company. I placed an order, (took screen shot of confirmation) the payment was deducted from my account. I did not receive an email from them so I followed up, provided order number and they do not have the order ? Provided copy of order and payment receipt no response.

Bestellt lieber nichts bei diesen Shop. Es kommt nur billige Chinaware, die man bei anderen Shops für ein paar Cent bekommt. Rückgabe nicht möglich! Trotz Beweis das die Ware mangelhaft ist. Dieser Shop ist betrügerisch!!!!

i ordered a massage tool on 22.9 shipment to europe and when it arrived it was not in good quality nore the function was not good. i called the client support immediately to sent the item back and get a refund. as the homepage mentioned it often that they take back orders within 2-3 weeks time without any reason given and fully refund. i had a lot of emails with the support and they only refused to accept the return. they mentioned excuses without any reason and i ended up having a product which i cannot use

Man sollte solche Händler echt verbieten!!!
Wollen verkaufen aber keinen Service bieten.
Es gibt Rückgabebestimmungen auf deren Seite, die nicht eingehalten werden bzw. man NULL Antwort bekommt und eMails auch als "nicht zustellbar" zurück kommen.
Gefühlt schon 100 Nachrichten per Mail und per Kontaktformular, was als Chat getarnt ist, geschickt.
Ich will den Schrott zurückschicken oder in die Tonne kloppen!

Not to be trusted.
They hase sent my product with no instructions. I have emailed them and asked for instructions. I was told the instructions will be sent shortly. Haven't received them so I've sent a message through their chat. Same reply. And of course, I have never received the email with instructions. Then, I have emailed them again and they proved to be very bad and unorganised in replying. They mixed up emails, sent me an email that was meant for someone else (different name + answer to a different query). I have replied saying that was not for me... Then they replied insisting in the same issue which wasn't mine. No apology, no nothing just pretty much a copy of the previous email which was sent to me by mistake. Never received an apology and never received the instructions. In which case I have asked for a refund as per their return policy on their site, full refund is promised (if item intact obviously). Mine were intact as... I didn't have the instructions. Anyway, I guess you have figured it out... There was no reply and weeks have passed now. Not impressed. And I will never order from them again. Very unprofessional & disappointing.

Tardan mucho en enviar la mercancía. Llega tarde y en mal estado. El servicio de atención al cliente es muy ineficiente....cuando contestan. Sus condiciones de reembolso son mentiras.

Once I had paid they did not send the shipment until I asked 3 weeks later where my shipment was. Shipment then took over a month and arrived in very bad condition. No proper customer service. Never even bothered to respond. They lie on their website about delivery times, insurance and refund policy.
