This was a corporate event with external guests. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the virtual wine tasting. Gilbert was extremely knowledgeable and told us some really interesting facts and stories. The wines themselves were delicious and it was nice to have a few different ones to taste. Fantastic and prompt communication throughout and James and the team were really accommodating with a last minute change to the order.

The cocktail masterclass with Desi yesterday evening was really informative and fun - thank you Desi! Having a pre prepared package helped us all to focus on the learning and making of cocktails and Desi was the font of all knowledge with regards to Spirits, their provenance and the story behind each cocktail.

Excellent serviced for two corporate events. Team were friendly, engaging and extremely flexible.

Second time of booking with Avva Experience, and each one has been very professionally organised and delivered. We booked a virtual Magician - Fergus Flanagan. Fergus was incredible - engaging, funny and extremely talented. The camera work was seamless and very impressive! Highly recommend Fergus, and wouldn't hesitate to book him again in the future for other events.

Cocktail Masterclass with Desi.

We had a great night at the masterclass with Desi, he was so knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. He made sure everyone felt included by speaking to each member of the team! I would certainly recommend a cocktail masterclass with Desi!

Unfortunately some of the team did not get the mystery cocktail package that we paid extra for which is very frustrating. Also one member's package did not arrive on time due to an error in delivery service, I think having the parcels due to arrive a week in advance would help stop this from happening as there would be more time to book a redelivery.

I arranged this experience to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday with her family who are all in different places in the US and UK. Our family ranges in age from 8 - 90+ but it didn't matter because everyone could take part and enjoy themselves.

My company attended the Casino Virtual night event, we were split into breakout rooms which made things run smoother, the 'dealer' was very pleasant and informative and kept us all engaged throughout. We all had a great time [even those who lost all their virtual chips!] and would certainly recommend.

Great session where we were taken through the history of Gin and how it became a popular drink. Enjoyed every moment of it. Why didnt I give it 5 stars? Well I am not a Gin drinker and dont quite like it as a drink. Nothing to do with the session.

Great service from all involved from the very beginning to the virtual event, would highly recommend and will be engaging with AVVA experience again for future events.

We have participated in their space based murder mystery game. From the first to last second we were engaged and immersed in the world. The actors gave a genuinly great performance, interacting with us and creating still running jokes in just the span of an hour. The mystery is not straightforward but also not unsolvable. I can honestly say they are a great team who are worth every penny.

Caricature Art virtual class was great fun. We booked as a virtual team building event due to the pandemic leaving us a little disconnected. My team thoroughly enjoyed the lesson, and were amazed at their own capabilities. Its always interesting to find your muse at work, and this is one sure fire way to find out who that may be.

Steve the Artist was a hoot, and I would never hesitate to join another class of his. Thank you Avva Experience, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The cocktails and way the delivery worked was also really smooth and made it all very easy! Fabulous experience and great evening - would definitely recommend.

DO NOT USE!

I paid for an experience on the AVA Experience website and when I went to use it the vendor is no longer in business. I have tried to get a refund from AVA (them being the people I've paid) and they refuse to refund what I had paid saying that I cannot get a refund until the vendor pays them back.
I did not give my money to the vendor, I gave it to AVA Experience and now cannot get a refund and I'm out of pocket.
They say they'll keep in touch but stay silent for 6 months and then even change the way they do their whole business model without letting customers know.
STAY AWAY!

Had a great experience overall, everything ran smoothly from initially booking the event to the actual day. We also had snacks delivered to the guests which worked well for some but not others. Some people didn't receive the correct snacks after stating their dietary requirements and some peoples turned up late, we were hoping everyone would have them by the start of the event. However, it was all a very easy process and the team were very helpful.

Seamless set-up, very professional service and communication.

When the show kicked off it was even easier - hilarious, included everyone, the improvisation, the energy - in a world of zoom fatigue this one was a tremendous shot in the arm!

Already rebooking!

From start to finish Ava were amazing, responded super fast to all my emails and many queries regarding the event. I didnt attend the actual event (unfortunately was just the organiser) but everyone said it was very good, engaging and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Thanks for everything

We had the Mixology Masterclass with Twist London, run by Tim and it was awesome! The products were delivered the day before the date and came in great little metal reusable bottles and were high quality ingredients. We had 34 of our team making delicious cocktails in a very organic and relaxed (but organised) way. The team raved about Tim personally and ended up stalking him on linkedin - he made such a great impression. Super knowledgeable and passionate but not in your face. Would definitely recommend to anyone doing virtual gatherings and would do another experience like this again through Avva Experience.

We recently hired AVA for a cocktail-making experience run as a work social for around 70 people. AVA were swift to respond to the initial inquiry and Sam responded to queries quickly. They were able to cater to a large range of dietary requirements, including people who didn't drink alcohol, and the packages themselves were very swish - the session was enjoyable and their mixologist, Desi, was engaging over the call, drawing participation from the guests.
