I'm so sorry you had to experience this and for the delay in response. Our small two-person team took a break during the holidays, but we are back in full swing now.

Sturdy Design
Design has survived many washes without any fading or destruction of the design. Pleasantly surprised and the lack of pilling on the inside as well! Earned a lifelong customer for sure!

Amazing company :)
I absolutely loved everything about this company. There was a mistake I had made with the sizing and they were able to fix it. Then there were some delivery issues and they helped me out so much with it. A 10/10 customer service. These people are so nice and so sweet. I got a sweater for my friends birthday and he loved it. The material of the hoodie felt amazing :) PLEASE BUY FROM THEM!!
