They’re deceitful, they’ll stop responding after you make deposit. I couldn’t with-draw until Ve_rtel_waves intervened.
Avoid!! I’m taking my issue to the media after two useless phone calls and a lot of time going around in circles. I can not believe after all these years with this outfit that I’m once again being g asked to ‘verify’ my identity. I provided the required documentation when Signing up then go to login today and my password wasnt accepted. After calling them to change my password as per instructions I’m then lad I must compete a SIX page document and send certified copies of my proof of identity back to them. I’m living back in NZ so finding this extremely frustrating. When I challenged them on this they said it’s now a security requirement every six months to have updated information. Well I don’t think my DOB or drivers license will be changing anytime soon!!!!! They asked the security questions which I answered but still need this done before I can update my password. Absolutely ridiculous.
I waited a month to receive some kind of communication from Aware but go NOTHING. I experience very arrogant and uninformed service. NO ONE in Aware reached out to tell me that the other super fund was not releasing my savings. All Aware did was to cancel my application, no email, call, NOTHING. They just blamed someone else.
I would give a ZERO in customer relations. I have now chosen another super fund. Hopefully they'll know how to respect a new customer.
Couldn't log into my account. After three weeks of calling, finally dragged out of them that the site was geoblocked (I live overseas). So if you move abroad you can't use their system anymore. That might have been something worth mentioning to your overseas clients.
Silliest thing is that a VPN gets around the block easily, which I'm sure actual foreign hackers already know.
Terrible communication and I'm fearful of their level of security if their tech guys think this sort of policy is a genius move.
Looking at moving to another fund. This level of mismanagement suggests problems ahead.
My account was locked out out 2 months ago after an upgrade. As I live abroad, I don’t have an Australian mobile to reset my password.
I have now sent 30 requests via email and Facebook, and I still don’t have access.
Awares recommendation I I post a paper form to australia from the EU. Yes, post a form in 2023.
This is without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. If I could give this company a 0 I would. Pathetic…
