I can honestly say that I believe so far that this training is right on target. Not only being a real estate investor, coming from a family of REIs, I’ve also been trained in sales by Reserve Life Insurance and Mutual of Omaha. I’ve sold spec houses that we’ve built, houses that we’ve flipped & a good many mobile homes through the years. I believe that all of this training is crucial to our success in this business. You have a proven track to run on for success. I don’t need to improve your track, just learn your business practices & procedures and then get on it and go!!

Well the people I have spoken with here at awesomely have been so nice and truly supportive and genuinely seem to want to help me get ahead and teach me their system. I’m new to all of this but every ounce of my soul tells me I can trust them and I will. I haven’t begun my training because of financial hardships that have come about but once I do and my pools are set up I’m sure I will be back praising this team and all the support they have given me and my family.

I started my adventure approximately 1-1/2 weeks ago. The training is not only informative, but interesting. I can schedule a lesson when I am in the car on my 45 minute commute. I have one more Module to complete, then I will be ready to first wade in, and shortly thereafter (with a little confidence) dive into the deep end. My experience started a little rough initially but part of that was me figuring out how this type of training works. I come from a strong background in sales but was lacking in training with this new method. Olga has shown a true interest in helping me make it through this initial start up. I would definitely say if you are having questions and need a little extra help, don’t give up. The 3 gentlemen do a good job of explaining the various differences.
I think that while talking about double digit interest rates, they don't also take into account the amount of time it can take to get that return, based on the redemption period.
It can be months before one gets the original investment back plus the interest.
That can limit how much one has to invest.
Also, while I have just started listening to the videos, when are we told how to find when these auctions occur or how to get on a "bid" list.
When a county posts a property tax sale,do they include redemption time, the interest rate, and any other pertinent factors?

I own crypto. I would be considered what you call an early adopter. It seems they have built this community that if you are at the least bit skeptical your just aren't having the right mindset. You haven't done enough research. The main point when I was like gee this is a bad investment when you use Uniswap to swap coins then you use that crypto to put back into there pool. The whole idea is that your putting liquidity into the biggest pool Uniswap. You can look up the amount of crypto's are being put into the pool. How much Ethereum Solona is being swapped for the past 24 hours to a month. The idea is to get coins that are going to stick around. That's cool. They show you how to get the crypto where to buy and how to enter the liquidity. Your fee's that you get by Uniswap for your position once you actually get them it's in crypto. The reason why the elite use this is because it's a way they can put money into something pretty safely. IE a way for them to launder there money. The only way your going to see any sort of tangible return is by providing at least 25k. You can get started with less, but if you want this to be life changing yes you need more. So if they put there money in they their money is tied up in this crypto pool which is hard to value. Another thing to consider is you can't rebalance your position. You have to set up parameters in other words a range minimum and maximum. This also determines how much fee's you get. If it goes outside of that you don't get that fee income. To many people you might not classify this as a grey area. Don't waste your breath if you think this is going to replace your daily income.
