I had a very disappointing experience ordering lenses from Ayooni. There were continuous delays in delivering my order, and when the lenses finally arrived, they were not as shown on their website or TikTok.
On top of that, after wearing the lenses for just an hour, my eyes became red and irritated, which made me question the quality of the product.
I also tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, but I didn’t receive any response. The lack of communication and support was frustrating.
This experience has left me very unsatisfied, and I hope the company takes this feedback seriously to improve their services.

At that time, we provided you with a clear choice: either wait the short period (four days) until restock and dispatch, or cancel the order for a full refund. Regarding your concerns about the lenses, we take product quality and customer safety very seriously. The brands we retail are internationally recognised for their high quality and exceptional comfort, and they meet CE certification standards. These contact lenses are trusted by thousands of customers worldwide and are among the top-selling in their category. That said, everyone’s eyes are different, and some may have sensitivities or reactions to certain products. I have borderline black eyes and I got the light blue contacts and it covered very well and looked so realistic the only thing I would say is that it blurred my vision a little but apparently there’s a contact for the left and right and I could have just put the wrong one in the wrong eye. But definitely recommend.

One of the contact lenses was damaged and was a stinging every time I tried to put it in my eye. I had to throw away the pair of lenses and didn’t get one wear out of them even though I had paid the full price. I emailed the company but no response.
