Super helpful company
The visit from AYP was initially booked through a third party which led to some difficulties. However, as soon as I started speaking to AYP directly things started to happen and they couldn’t have been more helpful.
The person dealing with the booking, who didn’t share their name, was great, very responsive on text and WhatsApp.
On the day of the service Jon the engineer was fantastic, polite, professional, chatty and efficient. He knew what the issue was and had it fixed in minutes and tidied up the oversights of the initial installer. A different company!
Thank you to the whole team, I wish I had been able to deal with you directly from the start.
