HYGIENE ISSUE AND INEXPERIENCED EMPLOYEES.
I was visiting from Calgary and my mom dropped in to buy me earrings at this jewelry store at Hillcrest mall which offers generic gold items. I tried on a couple of pairs and NONE WERE STERILIZED before being placed back on the display case. We found ones I liked and as we were paying my mother asked if they offer certificates of authenticity. One worker, a male, was asked if this is possible and got annoyed that we had interrupted his scrolling. Another woman started throwing a tantrum addressing another worker 'if they don't want to buy tell them to go somewhere else' as she started waving her arms around in frustration. This tiny shop had 5 people standing around with no other clients and were still extremely annoyed at being asked one question. I felt sorry for the one person there who helped us and was professional. We would have gone somewhere else if I wasn't leaving shortly and had more time.

Good company that sells generic excellent quality Jewelry that offers exceptionally competitive pricing for 18k Gold. I live in Toronto, and was able to visit both the Don Mills and Richmond Hill locations. Sales staff are okay but you should also be equipped with knowledge. I cannot speak to any experience buying generic jewelry online as that is generally a bad idea as you should examine any piece very closely ideally before you even buy it, because a generic piece of jewelry can come from over a dozen different sources and manufacturers. I have noted that everything I have seen Azadi sell, has been good quality products that should sell themselves.
