Aztec CBD Avis 13

The pod arrived half full and leaking extremely thick oil. I was determined to test still so cleaned it up and after dragging hard enough afew times it started to smoke. The taste was vile but I felt the effects almost straight away.
I ended up with tonsillitis and throat infection as the Vape burnt my throat. But I took the risk knowing it was leaking. The main thing is the oil itself works. I will try gummies or oil drops next time.

My mum brought a bottle of Azteccbd 4000mg when it arrived the bottle was empty she ordered through Amazon , very disappointed

I purchased a starter pack from a shop.
Unfortunately, the First pen stopped working after a few weeks. Wouldn't charge.
The shop I purchased through refused refund as I didn't have a receipt, I therefore contacted Aztec directly as £40 is a lot to be put of pocket by.
They ere happy to replace and dispatched an entire new kit to me.

Just want to thank the team as I received the wrong strength vape liquid. They said I could keep the other liquid I had received and I received the correct strength liquid 2 days later. Can't complain at that. All the very best to the team.

Order came in good time (3 days incl. order processing), was well packaged, containing hella effective carts & dispos! LOVE LOVE LOVE their branding & artwork, which I know shouldn't really matter (it's the oil, not the foil), but somehow it just does! Feels like a bit of luxury, and the closest thing to those colourful US products we all long for here. Longing curbed. My only niggle is that some of the carts could be a little cleaner (oil residue) off the production line, but they're good CCell carts & well-sealed so far. Happy with my purchase, and have no complaints!

Extremely disappointed. I ordered my product on the 23rd May. It is now the 30th May and have yet to receive my items. Advice was between 3-5 days for delivery. I have called multiple times to chase only to be told that it has been shipped via Royal Mail and often times it goes missing! Never heard of that before. Was advised it would be hand delivered so if RM end up delivering it I'll have two for the price of one. Great! I thought but then thought that was a bit easy to let go.
Personally I think they haven't even bothered to send it out. When I call, I feel I'm just being fobbed off.
Honestly I won't be ordering from them again. As much as the actual product is great because I have ordered before,the customer service is abysmal.

I ordered a starter kit on 13/04 and only received the liquid on 20/04. I called the same day and was told it would be shipped promptly. It's now 04/05 and my order is still missing. Last time I chased I was told to be patient and wait for my order. I've never experienced such delays with Royal Mail before and would expect a next-day delivery after a dispatch error to make up for the frustration caused. I can't even buy myself a replacement from elsewhere because I've already spent money on this item. Overall, the experience is very frustrating. Even though I like Aztec, I'll order from other suppliers like Flawless CBD next time.

Update: It is now 21/05. I still haven't received anything or heard from the seller.
