I bought a pair of the star joggers for my friends daughter on her birthday and she was absolutely over the moon when she got them. Wears them all the time and my friend said that they are the best quality she has seen in a while as so many are lacking these days. Great to see there are still some good quality products still being made in the UK. Delivery was spot on.

So the quality of this item is poor I except this from shein. I dont except to pay 8x the price for an item that could be picked up in primary for £10. Absolutely not worth it, poor stiching, cheap waistband and low quality material.

These joggers made my girls' Christmas! I had no idea what to get my goddaughters (they are twins) for Christmas but my friend who has teenagers recommended Babble and Goose as they are (apparently) super popular! I was not sure what to buy but a live chat with Emily sorted that out and I bought 2 pairs of Allegra Lows, one in Cobalt and one in Navy. I am now the most popular Godmum in town. I know they are premium priced but the quality seems good and they love the feel.

Couldn’t give a zero. I cancelled the first pair within 30 minutes of ordering due to change of mind - still delivered. I ordered the colour required and paid for next delivery - not arrived - email received to say delayed - no offer of refund or resolution. I have sent 3 emails and received no reply.
Expensive trousers, terrible customer service. No phone number available to speak to them.

Bought the new sparkly top for my daughter for Christmas - arrived quickly and was packaged up so nicely. Fit was perfect and she wore it so much over the festive break

Bought two pairs for my girlfriend for her birthday, as they were trending at uni. They came in good time and the quality was excellent, really cool new design range they released. She loves them and wears them all the time - will definitely be buying again !

AVOID! My daughter was desparate for a pair of these joggers!
!. The first pair arrived with no hemming tape. I have been waiting almost two weeks for some to arrive despite being told twice some had been sent out.
2. I reluctantly placed a second order and it has been over 8 days since ordering and they have not even been dispatched yet.

These joggers are so gorgeous. Want to purchase more colours. Joggers can easily be taped up of too long 😊😊 love the fit and the website and customer service was lovely

Already have two pairs of joggers now and am obsessed with the quality and material. I like how we can adjust the length ourselves if needed. Came promptly and had no issues- would highly recommend!

Bought my daughter a (very expensive!!) pair of joggers for Christmas. She tried them on and they were too small and so I returned them two days later, asking for them to be exchanged for a bigger size. After chasing, customer services replied to say that they were sending the item back to me (in the smaller size) as the warehouse had said they had been worn and had some animal fur on them:
(1) They honestly had been tried on for 5 min and then repacked!
(2) We have a cockapoo who does not shed but it is of course possible that there was some carpet fluff or the like on the item - nothing that 1 minute with a lint roller would not have removed.
I am still going back and forth with customer services as I think this is so unfair. We are honest customers and are being so heavily penalised. Customer services seem totally unreasonable - never had this issue with any other retailer!!

Honestly great. I ordered 2 pairs of joggers which arrived accordingly and I can’t believe how flattering they look. I love the element that they are made in London using premium material. The velour is so soft and very flattering on the bum. Then the jersey stars are so gorgeous and sit really nicely. I tend to turn mine down for that low rise look. Definitely my favorite pair of joggers I own ! I love that they aren’t just slouchy joggers for round the house. I wear them out all the time and feel really put together. A wardrobe staple. Great experience. Will be purchasing more.

Horrendous customer service. Long delivery times to the point I had to contact my bank. When contacting customer service they said the onus was on me to chase Royal Mail which legally is not the case.
I then returned an item a week before Christmas and have had no email to confirm that refund is being processed. Live chat is useless. And I had to pay refund costs. Customer service response times are a joke. If it wasn’t for the fact my daughter likes the product I would never purchase from them again.

Ordered two pairs of trousers which were lost in transit and never arrived at my post office, not the company’s fault at all. Emailed to let them know and was asked if I’d been in contact with Royal Mail to find out where my parcel was? I responded saying they’re responsible for chasing it up and sending a replacement/ refund. A new parcel was sent out quickly, wouldn’t mind spending the £160.20 (with a discount code) on 2 pairs of trousers If they were good quality but was not worth it at all regardless of the fact they’re made in London. Poor quality and completely inaccurate sizing. Sent them both back just under 3 weeks ago and didn’t hear anything, I tracked the return to see it arrived at the company’s warehouse on the 26th of November. I had to email again yesterday asking about the refund which they then issued. Seems like customer service/ the company aren’t very proactive I had to email to let them know I was missing my parcel then again to remind them to send my refund (after 3 weeks!)

Have purchased multiple joggers from B&G and always love the fit. As a taller girl it's difficult to find trousers that sit nicely but their range always fits perfectly 👌

Was so happy when my pants came they were gorgeous but unfortunately they are just far too long and not true to size. First time I wore them I’d gone out in the rain and they had gotten some marks on the bottom due to the length followed wash instructions and all sorts and washed the pants inside out. The material is not even velvet anymore is so rough I can’t even wear them and I only had worn them not even for a hour once!! 🤦🏻‍♀️for like £90 it’s completely not worth the money at all. Wish I’d get a refund absolutely cheap material and overly priced for absolutely nothing. Could find better on SHEIN! Not to mention how long I had to wait for them to come!

I like the look of the joggers but they are very much over priced for what they are. I don’t think the material is particularly good quality for £90 joggers. The fact you have to take up yourself is ridiculous for such an expensive item. It took me around 30 mins to take them up properly with a sewing machine as I know the iron on stuff doesn’t last and is hard work to use.
