We offer a concierge service that covers London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire & the surrounding areas and a courier delivery service to families across the UK. We deliver right to your door, when you need it, for as long as you need it. Our ethos at Baby Concierge is to create a 'Home Away From Home' environment to give you peace of mind, assured in the knowledge your children are comfortable and safe. Our service is ideal for parents who have no desire to buy or store equipment that children will quickly outgrow and which is inconvenient to store. Or when you need an item of equipment on one-off or occasional basis or if you want to 'Try Before You Buy'. We have a range of cabin approved travel buggies, travel cots, full sized buggies, foldable high chairs, car seats and bespoke toy, bath and book bags to help parents travel easier with kids. Whether you want to hire something to take abroad with you or if you are planning on visiting friends and family in the UK - we are here to make your trip less stressful! We have already served a whole host of families travelling in and around London and can't wait to help you too!

Seamless Service and Fantastic Quality Equipment
We hired the SnoozeShade Twin and the Baby Jogger double buggy from Ali at Baby Concierge for our holiday and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, and both items arrived spotlessly clean and in fantastic condition.
The Baby Jogger double was an absolute lifesaver travelling with two young children. It’s surprisingly compact for a double buggy, easy to manoeuvre and still fits through standard doorways, which made getting around so much easier.
The SnoozeShade Twin was equally brilliant, allowing both children to nap comfortably while we were out and about, meaning we could make the most of our holiday without being tied to the room for nap times.
Fantastic service, excellent quality products and great value for money. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Baby Concierge again and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Ali was super helpful with our car seat…
Ali was super helpful with our car seat rental. I had to change the drop off location last minute and she accommodated the request with no problem. I would definitely use them again!
