This is a good product; I searched pretty widely online to find it. It takes a bit of self-training to use it effectively; I have to keep it flat on the mattress and lay my head on the curved shape as recommended, but it is definitely helpful. My neck and shoulder pain improved within two weeks of use.

Ease of ordering and paying with PayPal. Being kept up to date on where my order was at in the processing. Delivered within an acceptable time frame.

Pillow I ordered is great and exactly what I was after for my Husband. Back Care - Australia were excellent to deal with and delivery was extremely quick!

I have no complaints with the store, back care. The website was user friendly and my order arrived quickly. However the side snuggle pillow is terrible. It was uncomfortable. I was waking up with a painful neck and shoulders. It did not promote comfortable side sleep. The pillow cases are of a poor quality and overpriced.

I recieved The Dentons Posture Plus pillow. It was well packaged. It is a quality made pillow and it supports and cradles my neck well. It is at the right height for my neck as I can't sleep on high pillows. It is good for back sleepers. Happy with my purchase. Would buy again from Back Care Australia.

Product as advertised. Good site. Fast delivery. Top product. Pricey but worth it. Note: The offers were genuine. There is a reason for the difference in price. So, what's not working? The acupuncture nodes. I'm not getting any value out of them but you know what? Everything else is Gold.

The pillow, is exactly what I needed. Firm but not too firm and quality materials makes it all the better.
