They didnt have the item l ordered but were kind enough to inform me and refund my transfer with update on how long it would take .l didn’t give a 5 because they hadn’t already notified that the item was out of stock on the website ,but it worked out okay.

Perfect lovely item delivered in good time. No issues. Box was damaged in post but item was intact. Would have bought more if I could but they sold out.

Order delivered on time
Order delivered on time, unfortunately one of the vases was badly damaged, but a phone call to customer services and they sent another one the next day which was fine, maybe a idea to put fragile tape on packaging thank you.

Our courier attempted delivery on several occasions; however, we understand that access to your building was restricted from Wednesday 7th to Sunday 11th August. I collected my order and was disappointed to find two items missing - I wanted to reorder an item which I can no longer find - I’m having to take the tray back to see how the handles fix on. Having called in today everything was rectified and I was happy to place another order
