I ordered a PC graphics card at a great price thinking the service might be a bit slow, well it was completely the opposite. The whole process was great from start to finish, with my item arriving within a couple of days. I was kept informed at every point and my item was exactly as ordered. I would definitely buy from these guys again.

Very disappointed my scooter has come…

Very disappointed my scooter has come with punctured tyre when in the advertisement it stated the tyres can not be punctured won’t be buying again

Mobeen, we’re really sorry to hear your scooter arrived with a punctured tyre — that’s certainly not the experience we want for any customer.

We’re also quite disappointed that this review was your first point of contact, as we haven’t received any emails or live chat messages from you. This is something we could have resolved very quickly for you. Your order was placed on Thursday, 30th April and delivered on 1st May, which is well within our stated 3–5 working day delivery timeframe to resolve any issues.

While we’re not the manufacturer of the product, we absolutely take responsibility for helping you resolve any issues. As a small independent business, reviews like this have a significant impact on us, far more than they would on a large corporate retailer — which is why we always encourage customers to reach out to us directly first so we can put things right.

Delivery company let them down.

Was dispatched quickly. Was as ordered. Where it fell down was the contracted delivery company who did not deliver it to my address. Don’t know where they delivered it to.

great purchase

I made a purchase on a random monday it came within two days, so a wednesday. quick and effiecent. It was also a bank holiday so the fact the order was processed and delivered in two days was amazing.

First time order, excellent impression.

First time ordering from this company and the service was excellent. The item was priced extremely competitively, I received regular emails advising of order status and shipping.

Tracking information was provided (I had chosen express delivery) and the item arrived 2 days after ordering. I ordered on a Monday night, it was processed and picked Tuesday, delivered Wednesday.
I will almost certainly be ordering from this company again.

Love my new monitor

Love my new monitor! Ordered on March 12th around 4:30 PM and arrived the next day at noon (12:30 PM). It's standard delivery as well. Really satisfied! Thank you; I'll be using this shop more when I need something :)

The initial price of my purchase was the cheapest I could ( and AI) could find
Ordering through the website was a dream - everything just worked seamlessly ( unlike many on- line checkouts)
The postage was free 3-5 days but to my amazement and delight it arrived next day
Fantastic service , fantastic pricing, overall outstanding and I will certainly be checking this company for any future purchases

Awaiting response as I SPECIFICALLY…

Awaiting response as I SPECIFICALLY asked for the details of a 17/18" laptop bag and was advised it was exactly what I wanted yet when the bag arrvied it was not as confirmed it would be !

Currently very disappointed indeed. It was a simple question too !

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed. We responded to your query yesterday with an apology and further clarification, as we certainly wouldn’t want you to receive anything unsuitable. It may be worth checking your inbox (and junk folder) in case our reply hasn’t been seen.

We genuinely apologise for any confusion regarding the 2x zip details. We would be more than happy to resolve this for you — whether that’s arranging a return or helping you find a suitable alternative. Please do get back in touch so we can put this right.

Update #1: Jeanette has yet to reply to the two emails we've sent to attempt to resolve this issue. (We have sent emails on the email chain we've already been speaking to the customer with before placing the order, which means they have been delivered)

Update #2: We still haven't received a response to this issue. As discussed, we will approve a return for you, no worries. Unfortnatrly as mentioned, the manufacturer changed the product without updating the product images, which is why you've received the item which looks slightly different. (Same product, it's just been updated) If you would like to return this, please reach out as requested.

If you would like assistance in resolving this issue, please reach out to us. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve the matter without communication.
