Don't buy from them, they stole 201 from me. I bought 25 packs of cigarettes and some rolling papers. Five minutes later, they told me there was a problem with the order, sent me an expired Interac e-Transfer, and now they're not responding. I've been asking for a refund for a week, I've done everything, but they refuse to send me my money back. They're thieves! Never buy from them!!!

Total scam. only options are paypal, etransfer or bitcoin. no address. thankfully the email has been designated as suspicious and transfer was blocked.

Well wish I found these reviews before I placed an order.Charged me 151 with shipping and now haven’t heard a thing. I have emailed with no response and went on chat with no response . Guess I’ll call the bank and at least report it so they can maybe block this email address so people don’t keep getting screwed

Don't buy from this site. It's a scam. Never recieved product or refund. E-transfer is non reversible so no way of getting money back. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS SITE AT ALL. wish I would have looked at the reviews before I ordered.

Theft, fraud, scam. Whatever you want to call it. I'm out ~$150 for product and freight, I'm embarrassed to say. Looks fully legitimate, but zero legitimacy. Same story as others, paid etransfer for product and shipping. 'Swiftway' notifies that product is held at SK/AB border (as if) until $300+ insurance was paid. Luckily, I had the sense not to give these complete wastes of humanity another dime. If anyone has a physical location for the perpetrators, I'd like to know. Otherwise, I'm sure sooner or later karma will deliver. Thanks!

It's an absolute scam, keep away. If I could give 0 stars I would. They never sent the package and then say the shipment has been lost or needs to be covered by insurance and need more money!!!!

Embarrassing, but I was scammed also.

THIS STORE IS A SCAM!!! I placed an oder for $130 of product and $20 for Canada Post shipping. Got a tracking number from Swiftway Freight and that's when I started looking into them and found the reviews on here with the same experiences.

Scam alert Scam alert got rob 269$ but I know they will get found fraudulent activity there special place for people like this I got my money back from bank call within 5 business days window u can get u money back even u e-transfer jokes on them I have good stomach to tell out too good to be true 😂😂

Total scam! Paid for Canada post and got the same freight company calling. Called backwoods and got an answer and they immediately hung up and blocked my number. Now the phone number is unavailable!

Scam alert! I paid $140 for 2 cartons of smokes plus $40 for shipping via FedEx. Then got a notification with a tracking number for Swift Way Freight saying I needed to pay another $220 for insurance. This $220 is supposedly refundable except for $6 which is non-refundable. Very sus. I called Swift Way Freight to speak to someone and the guy had an extremely thick accent, could hardly understand him. He could not answer my question about how I would be refunded the insurance money once my items were delivered. I did not pay it. And no response from Backwoods chat bot when I told them what happened. All payments - to Backwoods and to Swift Way Freight were paid by etransfer, not credit card, so of course I dont have a leg to stand on. I did not pay the "insurance" and I'm sure I won't receive a refund from Backwoods. Total scam. 0/10 do not recommend.

Seen a review with same thing happening they send it to swift way freight and I paid for Canada post after telling me it’s on hold they need a refundable insurance coverage more money then I spent. Such BS DONT BUY FEOM THEM.

Yet another company that rips people off! Sent in a order was told it will ship, finally get a text from a shipping company called Swiftway Frieght asking for a 220.00 insurance fee denied it and now the company won’t respond to my order as it was supposed to go through Canada post! Against my better judgement and not looking at reviews! They took 155.20 from my family! Do not buy from this place period you won’t get shit from them

I placed an order with them on Feb. 5, 2025, and paid in full via email transfer. I have not heard a thing from them. When I phone, I either get no answer or they hang up on me. There has been no reply on their chat service, and tracking on their site does not work. I fear I am out of money; I am afraid it is a total scam.
