Scammers!

Stay clear! They delay and delay and delay, then reach out to you to push their shipping insurance and other options. A week later, they tell me it's not in stock even though they list it as available.

We sincerely apologize that this experience felt frustrating. That is never the outcome we want for our customers.

For transparency, your order was placed on December 30th, and we made multiple call attempts to reach you regarding order details. We were able to connect on January 5th, during which the estimated shipping date of January 19th was acknowledged and your inquiries were addressed.

The order was fulfilled on January 10th. However, a chargeback was received on January 14th, which immediately paused our process so we could resolve the matter directly with you. When we called that same day, you mentioned that you had never spoken with us before and did not recognize our company.

Since then, we have made multiple additional attempts to re-establish communication, including further calls as recently as today, but have unfortunately not been able to connect.

Our goal has always been to provide good customer service and ensure your order was handled properly. We are truly sorry this did not feel that way from your perspective. If you are ever open to giving us another opportunity, we would genuinely welcome the chance to assist you again and provide a smoother experience.

Definitely Recommend!

We ordered an electric bike from Backyard Provider, and to be honest, I was a little put off by the "extras" offered - for example, +30 for a reinforced box. Then the order confirmation email said that a customer service agent would contact me. ... ?What?! Why?! I was suspicious...were we getting ripped off?

Malcolm reached out and told us that their supplier did not have the color bike I had requested. After getting the color sorted out, the bike was shipped and arrived via Fed Ex within a few days. It was in perfect condition, the correct color, and arrived within a few days. (We did not pay for a reinforced box or any of the other extras that were offered.) Malcolm emailed updates when the bike was shipped and when it was delivered.

All that to say their customer service is excellent, we got what we paid for in a reasonable amount of time, and we would purchase from Backyard Provider again.

Great Customer Service /Helpful / Friendly

Backyard Provider has very good customer service. I waited on my review for a while, because I wanted to ensure the Basketball Hoop was installed and used. But getting in touch was easy and pain-less. I was hoping for a little faster shipping, but its hard to know shipping timing, with large items coming all the way across the country. Especially with winter weather. They were easy to get a hold of, and gave a great estimated date of arrival which was helpful to schedule the cement delivery, to install the hoop. The hoops in and works great, plus Backyard Provider had incredible pricing. I will definitely be doing repeat business with them.

Backyard Provider is an Absolute Con Game - Run

Absolute con game. Run, fast. Looking for a Cervelo bike which were on year end sale from all dealers, but Backyard Provider was a few hundred cheaper. No bike showed and over the period of 4 weeks I called and emailed every 3-5 days. ZERO RESPONSE. At week 5, got an email that product isn’t available. 5 WEEKS LATER, MY SIZE ON THE MODEL I WANTED WAS SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE. If they had just COMMUNICATED, I could have bought the bike elsewhere. DO NOT USE! It’s worth paying more for a reliable vendor.

They offer items without having them in stock.

made a purchase from this company of liars, which offered two-day shipping. It took them five days to contact me, only to tell me that the item would arrive 22 days later. And when that date arrived, they canceled the order because they didn't have the item in stock. I don't understand how these liars manage to stay in business.

First, I sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration this situation has caused. We understand you were looking forward to receiving your order, and we were equally committed to fulfilling it.

Your order was forwarded to our distributor within 24 hours to ensure prompt processing. However, we were recently informed of an unexpected internal change in our business partnership which means they are no longer able to fulfill this item. While you were initially advised that the product was out of stock, the technical issue is that we are no longer able to fulfill the order through our distributor at this time.

Despite our efforts to have it processed as an exception, we were unable to move forward. As a result, we unfortunately had no choice but to cancel the order. The payment authorization has been voided, and you will not be charged.

We truly apologize for how this was handled and for any inconvenience this has caused.
