Very good at communicating about when we could expect our items to ship.
My thoughts on the walkout watch 3 are balanced. The health tracking works well for steps and heart rate but some of the smart features feel unnecessary. It looks sleek on the wrist and performs fine for everyday use.
Stay clear! They delay and delay and delay, then reach out to you to push their shipping insurance and other options. A week later, they tell me it's not in stock even though they list it as available.

Then the order confirmation email said that a customer service agent would contact me. ... ?What?! Why?! I was suspicious...were we getting ripped off?
Malcolm reached out and told us that their supplier did not have the color bike I had requested. After getting the color sorted out, the bike was shipped and arrived via Fed Ex within a few days. It was in perfect condition, the correct color, and arrived within a few days. (We did not pay for a reinforced box or any of the other extras that were offered.) Malcolm emailed updates when the bike was shipped and when it was delivered.
All that to say their customer service is excellent, we got what we paid for in a reasonable amount of time, and we would purchase from Backyard Provider again.
Backyard Provider has very good customer service. I waited on my review for a while, because I wanted to ensure the Basketball Hoop was installed and used. But getting in touch was easy and pain-less. I was hoping for a little faster shipping, but its hard to know shipping timing, with large items coming all the way across the country. Especially with winter weather. They were easy to get a hold of, and gave a great estimated date of arrival which was helpful to schedule the cement delivery, to install the hoop. The hoops in and works great, plus Backyard Provider had incredible pricing. I will definitely be doing repeat business with them.
Great communication, prompt responses, quick shipping. Our CSR took great care of us, was very informative and I will be a returning customer will representatives like one.
Absolute con game. Run, fast. Looking for a Cervelo bike which were on year end sale from all dealers, but Backyard Provider was a few hundred cheaper. No bike showed and over the period of 4 weeks I called and emailed every 3-5 days. ZERO RESPONSE. At week 5, got an email that product isn’t available. 5 WEEKS LATER, MY SIZE ON THE MODEL I WANTED WAS SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE. If they had just COMMUNICATED, I could have bought the bike elsewhere. DO NOT USE! It’s worth paying more for a reliable vendor.

made a purchase from this company of liars, which offered two-day shipping. It took them five days to contact me, only to tell me that the item would arrive 22 days later. And when that date arrived, they canceled the order because they didn't have the item in stock. I don't understand how these liars manage to stay in business.
