Bad Brownie Avis 

I was given these as a gift for Fathers day. Really tasty. Excellent quality. Nicely packed and delivered on time.

I've ordered Keto brownies-they are absolutely tiny and the taste is disgusting. I've eaten a few keto bakes in my life but this is just another level. They look beautiful, like on the pictures but that's it.

Never arrived. Delivered to wrong place although stated received by named person. Daughters birthday and no brownies. Not happy at all. Poor service . Would never recommend.

Disappointed with size of product. Paid £15 for 12 brownies when in reality it is a postcard size brownie cut into chunks that are around 2cm wide and long. Feel like I have been ripped off. Ordered these as a gift for someone and the packaging looks like they are a good size but when opening the product is 1/3 the size of the package and then filled with foam peanuts. Absolute rip off.

I received a vegan rum brownie pudding for my birthday.
Absolutely delicious and enough to serve 5 people two good sized helpings.

The delivery was a gift from my son, arrived as expected, beautifully packaged.
But the brownies are sickly sweet. I tried tham and have thrown them out.
Please reduce the sugar content, these are like US cakes, really overly sweet. I enjoy cake and biscuits, but not these

I cannot review the brownies as they never arrived. The day they were due to arrive my order was cancelled by the company. I had also had reason to contact them with a query but never received a response. Disappointing that my order was taken a week ago and it took a week for them to decide to cancel the order. Having read some recent reviews that were not positive I will not reorder. Such a shame.

Beautifully packaged and brownies themselves look beautiful, as well as taste amazing.
All 4 versions of keto brownies deliciously indulgent, better than anything I have made myself.
Happy with ingredients, esp xylitol and erithrytol as sweeteners rather than anything cheaper.
Bought them to share at birthday meal and everyone loved them, including non keto dieters. For people like myself on a restricted diet, they are definitely worth the money.
Would make a great gift!

Sent a best sellers box to my niece for her birthday and she loved them! Whilst making my order, I was unable to use a promotional code that was sent through. I discussed this with the customer service team and they were courteous and responsive in resolving my request. My order was processed quickly and arrived early the next morning. Horrible customer service item was ordered over a week ago and has still not been delivered on 2 occasions the driver was on the delivery street and then the item was delayed. Would not recommend this company!

Keep getting them as gifts, they are truly bad. Terrible taste, small, expensive, dry and worse than any supermarket’s effort.

I had to contact Bad Brownie when an order didn’t arrive in time for Christmas (not directly their fault). They responded incredibly quickly, via both phone and email, and resolved the issue in time for me. I was very impressed.

Nobody wants to have to contact Customer Service but, when you do, hope they are as responsive and effective as Amrita and the Bad Brownie team.

Made a large order (£100+) for a client I work with for a pre Xmas celebration on a next day delivery - to arrive on a Wed. 2 days later it didn't arrive and after chasing BB they said the postcode in question had delivery issues with DPD. If that was the case, 1) mention affected postcodes in your website OR 2) contact customers after order made immediately to notify them OR 3) at least contact them on date of delivery to tell them it's not coming! suffice to say they did none of the above. After complaining I spoke to co-founder Paz, who refunded my money and said he'll use which ever method of delivery gets it there by Monday (he understood that most of the employees will have broken up Xmas then). I agreed even though I had promised my clients a treat which now MOST will miss out on. Since then an ENTIRE week has passed and they have yet to deliver the brownies. My client has totally shut down for Xmas and they have messaged me twice to remind me nothing has arrived. It has been absolutely humiliating! I spoke to Paz twice and he has completely washed his hands of it. BB have stained my relationship with my client because of the 10 consecutive days of failed delivery date promises. Its actually unbelievable a company can be this incompetent. I made it clear to Paz that the only resolution that's acceptable is that he sends the order in the 1st week of Jan when my client opens again but he refused as he does not want to incur further costs. BB will happily damage my reputation to avoid incurring an expense which is entirely their fault! Congratulations Paz on your top customer service!

I pre ordered a chocolate salted caramel Yule log to be delivered Christmas week. I received it on 20th so it came in the time promised and very well packaged within a protective bubble tube. As for the taste it certainly has the wow factor! Probably the best chocolate brownie I have eaten, very moist and rich! I’m not sure it’s going to last until Christmas Day! I will definitely pre order another for next year and I would certainly recommend this company to friends and family!

Placed an order with this company via email - which was first of all not actioned. Then after we chased them they processed the order but didn't include our message to our clients. So effectively making the Christmas gift anonymous. This fiasco cost us £620.00. No phone number that works to call them either - bunch of cowboys.

First does Bad Brownie know that planet earth is struggling due to human pollution and waste? Packaging and the production of it being one of them. The 'Christmas brownies bites box' was sent to my home by my employer. Kind of them. But the minute box was inside an oversized external box, garishly coloured (pink mostly) which could make a 13 years old teenager very happy. But sadly not me or the planet. Stop using unnecessary packaging Bad Brownie. You are just contributing to waste and global warming. Inside the oversized box was a smaller box with twelve micro pieces of something that I would not call brownies but soggy and tasteless little morsels of nothing. A brownie is crunchy and flaky on the outside and soft and sticky on the inside. And full of chocolate flavour. Bad Brownie you need to go back to brownie cookery school.

Package took 10 days to arrive with no apology and such a DISAPPOINTMENT!
The box is small and only the size of a postcard however upon opening it I was shocked to find another even smaller package inside which can only be described as the size of my Apple iphone Infact my iPhone is thicker than the product - it’s a TOTAL RIP OFF. The taste is nothing like a mince pie ( CHRISTMAS flavour I ordered ) and has left me with the strangest taste in my mouth for hours. I wish I could find an option to upload the pics I took to prove my point.

Order placed for delivery next week. As per previous review, I also received an email from the warehouse which included the personal email addresses of a large number of customers on 06/12/22. There has been no acknowledgement what so ever of this concerning data breach and no response to email highlighting the issue. From my understanding organisations have a duty to report such breaches within 72 hours and inform those individuals affected by the breach without delay.
