Badminton HQ worked with the manufacturers to get my falling apart badminton shoes replaced under warranty. Excellent service and communication throughout

Lovely item and easy website to navigate to find the right racquet, very pleased

Great website. Excellent choices. Easy process and swift delivery. Smashed it.

Great items with highest quality. Affordable hence I keep coming back to buy things I need for the love of the sport. :)

Friendly and knowledgeable team.

Ordered shuttles which were delivered very quickly.

Great quick response and delivery and really pleased with my new shiny racket

I purchased a racket from badminton hq. I used it for 2 games and the strings snapped. Ive been playing for 30 years so it wasn't user error it was obviously a fault from the start. If it had been a couple of months worth of play then fair comment. But they say strings are not covered by warranty. I will not be buying from this company again.

Easy to order, and quick delivery.

The service, quality of the racquet and delivery time is amazing. This is my third purchase and happy with all my racquets. One thing that they can improve on is stringing racquets. The tension doesn't last and I end up restringing again. I would avoid this option in the future.

Fast efficient and easy to use service. Detailed information available about all of the rackets

Product was as described on the website. Communication in relation to postage and delivery was spot on. Definitely recommend!

Delivery was prompt and allowed me to delay until a more convenient day, through a simple online interface. Shuttlecocks are pretty good hybrids.

The shoes work great and i bought a size that was 0.5 smaller than my trainers but it still fit great. They are breathable, elastic and comfy.
I haven't been able to use them perfectly since the court im at is dusty so i slip a little (not your fault). But on clean courts they changed my playstyle and has avoid me injuring myself 3 times.

Satisfied with my Nanoflare 700 Tour order. But the rackets do not come with a bag. I ordered another Nanoflare 700 Game from Decathlon and it came with a nice full Nanoflare cover bag. The retail price was same as other stores but the Decathlon one came with a Yonex bag.

really good and efficient timely and speedy service. delivered when required in perfect condition.
Rackets strung to my specified choice of string and to my specific tension requirements.
