Absolutely horrible, DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THERE!
No client service instead irony and arrogance is what you will get. And, if you even get anything in the first place, it will mostly be different from what you ordered or simply awfully bad quality!
I ordered or small ventilator, explicitly labelled for 220V (badu.gr, ordered from EU Greece) and they sent an item for the US market with 100V and a US power-plug!
They did not even answer my first two emails, instead sent-out a standard email with general info for returns leaving the basic questions unanswered!
But there was also NO answer on my questions in the three following emails, simply nothing but absolute arrogance and irony! And the cherry on the pie is the return-rules, which need a specific procedure via your badu-account. The problem: There is NO purchase and no product visible in our account in the first place, so a return is as such not possible! But, hey, who would actually rely on them and have any confidence in them returning your money after sending back the item? Exactly!
We will file a report at the cyber-crime unit in Greece, to shut these criminals down, at least in Greece.
So NO, DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING from these criminals...

This is a fraudulent website. They said they refunded my money, but there's no invoice or receipt.
Eight days have passed since they said they sent the money, and it still hasn't arrived in my account.
These are disgusting scammers.

Έλαβα προϊόν διαφορετικό από αυτό που παράγγειλα, με κίνδυνο βλάβης συσκευής αν δεν είχα κάποιες γνώσεις γύρω από τα θέματα ηλεκτρισμού. Οι οδηγίες για την επιστροφή του προϊόντος που μου απέστειλαν δεν είναι σαφείς, δημιουργούν σύγχυση και απορίες και απαιτούν ταλαιπωρία και χάσιμο χρόνου εκ μέρους μου. Δεν θα παραγγείλω ξανά από το Badu.gr.

Τhey cheat their customers and then they don' t really take the responsibility. They told me that it would cost me (time & money) to return back their intentional fault!!
Shame on them!!
