It's art, but you can own it
I love having actual art in my home. I had no idea I could do that until I discovered Bag&Bones. Everything is carefully put together and packaged, and everything brings joy to my home and my life whenever I see it. Six stars out of five.

Excellent online shopping experience
Purchased an ex-display melting lolly for £19.99 expecting a few flaws but nope, no scratches, no discolouring, I am more than impressed and delivery was quicker than the time frame given. Excellent 1st time purchase experience from Bag & Bones. I'm already eyeing up the rainbow paintpot!!

Poor Customer Service
I was sent the incorrect item which I suppose is an honest mistake. Company promised to send out a replacement immediately but it actually took a further week to arrive after prompting.
I wanted to add a perspex stand to my order for which they gave me a code for free next day delivery but I suspect that rather than send it separately, they delayed dispatch in order to save a couple of quid on postage - not sure why they couldn't send the stand as a good will gesture. Surely a couple of pieces of perspex wouldn't hurt their profits. Just felt like unnecessary inconvenience. 🙃

Hi Nick, thank you for taking the time to share this. I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused by receiving the incorrect item and for the delay in getting the replacement to you. We have been working through the post Black Friday rush and, in this instance, we followed more of a “computer says no” standard process rather than doing what we usually do, which is look at each order on a case by case basis. You are a loyal, returning customer and we could have handled this better. I am sorry it ended up feeling like unnecessary inconvenience.
Regarding the perspex stand, the team combined the shipments so everything would arrive together, but I completely understand why this came across as an additional delay.
