I’ve been wanting to try this seasoning for ages as I love a doner kebab but don’t like takeaway doner meat as it’s too greasy. This tastes just like the kebab meat I love but without the guilt. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

I have just bought the meat spike which is of a robust nature and will make an amazing donner !

I bought the spike and got a kebab mix with it. I used it for the first time yesterday and it was a huge success, with the family. It was much better than I expected.
I wasn’t sure on how to use it, initially and emailed Baharat, who promptly emailed me back with the ingredients and cooking instructions.

The spices are amazing..and the recipes are great..will use more often especially as summer is just round the corner.

Customer service is great, they helped when I made an omission on my order. The spices are also very good, with helpful recipes ob their website too.

I took the plunge a few years ago with my first order from Baharat.co.uk and haven’t looked back since.
The flavours of their product are amazing, I cook kebabs for myself and a work colleague, he loves them. I’ve done chicken schwarma boneless chicken thighs, they’re a massive hit with my wife, I’ve yet to try the spices on lamb, but for healthy kebabs / donner meat 10 out of 10 is my score.
Value for money and quality of service is amazing
