Unfortunately I have once again purchased a product from a source other than Amazon and have gotten cheated. Like the other reviews I ordered the book mug and it is a piece of garbage. I should have checked on this company Baheey before I purchased the mug. I can relate to every review here regarding this mug. Do not buy from this company.

Do not buy from this website. The pictures shown are not even close to the actual product. They don't even use the same materials. They refuse to let me return the items for a refund. I have filed a claim with PayPal. I wish I could post the pictures here. It is unbelievable. Completely false advertising.

The book mug looked really good in the advert, unfortunately I was seduced as I wanted to buy it for my daughter, when I opened it the first thing that hit me was the awful smell, then I saw the mug, it was probably the most awful thing I have seen, I emailed the company for a refund they offered 10% if I kept the mug, so they don't want it back, please do not think you will be getting the mug in the picture, it is an abomination.

Richtiger Schrott. Habe zwei Tassen und einen Anhänger bestellt. Der Buch Anhänger besteht aus bedrucktem Plastik. Die Buchtase ist Billiger hässlicher Plastikschrot und Die Mineraltasse sieht auch nicht besser aus. Kann man leider nicht Mal verschenken ohne sich zu schämen.

Look carefully at the photos!
Look carefully at the photos on the site... Different backgrounds, but all the images of the actual cup are exactly the same. Same angle, same reflections, same colours regardless of the lighting. One picture is just a mirror image of the exact same cup!

The Painted Book Mug looks NOTHING like what I received. It's like they gave a plastic mug that closely looks like this to a child to paint for 3 minutes then sent it out.
It has none of the stain glass marbling isn't on it at all.
DON'T BUY HERE. EVER.

Rip-off. Don't buy this vastly overpriced rubbish!
I bought a booklovers mug. It was supposed to be glass, but it was plastic. It was supposed to look like a stack of books and be handpainted- it was so badly painted that it didn't resemble anything at all, certainly not books. I don't know who handpainted it, but I'd be amazed if they were over 2 years old.
It was so bad that I would be embarrassed to even donate it to a charity shop, so it has gone straight in the bin. Total rip-off!

Ordered the hellcat lighter and the 1911 lighter both came in good working condition the wait was only about 2-3 weeks to the uk and any questions I had the company always replied and let me know what was happening will use the website again
