Baillies Marquees Avis 

Our experience with Baillies was excellent for our Garden Party. They inspected the area and advised us on equipment needed to ensure we had the space for our requirements (particularly in the event of rain!) and provided marquee, gazebo, furniture and lighting to ensure the right ambience. All our communications with the company were friendly and personal. Our party was a roaring success!

We hired marquees and furniture for a special centenary family event and the service was outstanding. Both in the initial deciding which marquees would suit and how the furniture would fit in to the delivery and erection. On collection everything was taken away efficiently and the garden left perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Baillies marquees.

We worked with Baillies on our reimagined festival space for Piping Live! 2025. They came on the design journey with us, seeing the space, imagining the look and feel that we had for the event, then helped guide plans to show us what was achieveable, how we could best utilise the space and understand the costs of it all.
They worked with us to dress the marquees and provided lots of expertise and support along the way. Gordon, Ciaran and the team made it so easy to develop this new idea from start to delivery, cannot recommend them enough.

Baillies did a fantastic job for my son'e wedding at Scone Palace. Being a summer wedding we obviously wanted to have a wet weather contingency - it is Scotland after all!

We hired a 6m x 9m clear span marquee, with flooring, carpets, fully lined with a peak roof. It looked fantastic. The guys who put it up were super efficient and helpful.

On the day, we removed the front and back walls (after being shown how to do so by the guys) and this ensured we had an open space but were protected from the 40mph winds!!

A great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Baillies to anyone looking for a quality marquee.

Relatively short notice when I contacted Baillies, approximately 2 weeks to event when touched base. It wasn’t an issue and Baillies were able to provide me with my requirements. Team of boys erecting the marquee were fast, knowledgeable and pleasant, their behaviours were same on return to dismantle and take away.
Fairy lights had issue night before event and Baillies MD popped over to assist with the issue after I contacted their emergency telephone number.
Will be contacting Baillies in the future if I am hosting a similar event.

Easy to organise appropriate size of marquee plus extras. Great teams to set up and take down marquee : polite, friendly and efficient. Any questions dealt with immediately. Would highly recommend. Excellent service in every way.

Helpful advice given as to what type of structure would work well for us. Good service, although there was a bit of chopping and changing when the star shade would actually be delivered but communication was good. Would use again.

Hi,
I hired the marquee for a 60th birthday party. The team at Baillies were amazing. They were helpful and advised what I would need for party:- chairs , tables and lighting etc…. Which I got from them.

I did have to bring a company in to decorate marquee tables and chairs supplied as they don’t offer this service.

The overall experience dealing with Baillies was great from beginning to end. I will definitely use them again.

We used Baillies Marquees for the second year for our Lanark Medieval Celebration in early May. They supplied us with a number of gazebos plus tables and chairs. All the equipment was in excellent condition, they set up quickly and efficiently and were similarly efficient when the time came to clear up. I would definitely recommend them. Running events is always challenging so it is very important to be able to rely on any company that is supplying equipment and I have found them to be excellent to work with.
