Was at Bake me up Løren with my cousin, the women who was working that day have no idea what hygiene means. She was wearing gloves the whole time. She was touching, picking up food and dirty dishes and touching the cashier and the counter with the same gloves. I find this very disgusting 🤮. If you are at work wearing gloves please change the gloves. And learn the hygiene rules..

We had the white chocolate mud cupcakes. They were super delicious. Bake Me Up went out of their way to get our order to us - and can't thank them enough. Not sure where I would have found nearly 100 cupcakes that matched our budget and tasted so good! Great product and outstanding service.

Absolutely exceptional customer service, the team at Bake Me Up went above and beyond to make sure that I had my order in time after a hiccup with the courier (entirely the couriers fault, Bake Me Up was under no obligation to help out but did without hesitation).

I've now used Bake Me Up cakes for both my wedding cake and baby shower cake, as long as they keep making them I'll keep buying them. The cakes are always moist and flavourful, and easy for an unskilled decorator like myself to use.

Delivered by courier. Perfectly & safely packaged. Easy to store. Perfectly baked cakes, flat top so no waste leveling of cakes. Tasted great. Beautiful, rich, moist cakes. I used an 11, 8 & 5 inch chocolate mud cake for a friend’s wedding cake. They were all perfectly flat and so fresh. Everyone loved the flavour. There’s no way I would try baking anything like this myself. I will definitely be ordering again.
