Bakers Bands Limited Avis

Excellent customer service - rapid reply and (a more expensive) replacement sent free of charge when 1 band did not meet my needs (use for swimming) despite it being still a perfectly good band. Highly recommended

The band is excellent quality the only problem was it took Royal Mail almost 3 weeks to deliver it.

Purchase of the watch strap is exactly as the old one that I was replacing. Had been looking for sometime and the Apple shop was unable to help.

Had problems with my order which were quickly resolved satisfactorily.

I’ve had several silicone I watch Bakerbands and find them good quality and they are delivered on time as stated. A good shopping experience. I would recommend this company.

Deffo recommend

Timely delivery. Item as described. Good quality. Pricing acceptable

Good quick delivery and much cheaper than Apple straps without loosing quality

As described and excellent delivery.

Quick postage and very nice email thanking me for the business. Great company. Thankyou

Very quick delivery. Excellent quality straps. All sealed so they do not get scratched. Easy to resize. Excellent!
I had a slight problem with one of the straps I purchased, a fault in the manufacturing. But it was all sorted out promptly and professionally. Brilliant service.

I have a few watch straps from Bakers Bands, I ordered a product that didn’t suit me, sent a message to explain why I wanted to return it and they couldn’t have been more helpful, the customer service is exceptional, I cannot rate them highly enough and strongly recommend them.

Previously purchased a band from Amazon but couldn’t attach it to the Apple Watch at one side, despite supposedly being compatible. The strap from Bakers Bands was more expensive, but it slid into place perfectly. So impressed with the quality I have just ordered another in a different style.

A fantastic alternative & brilliant price.
Great quality & perfect fit for my lovely watch and an excellent choice of colours.
So pleased with the first band I’ve now ordered another one & will no doubt be ordering a third so I can swop colours !

I have had 3 straps from here. Last one had an issue and Bakersbands sent a replacement very quickly. All 3 straps are very good. Excellent company to deal with who supply quality goods.

Quality Apple watch straps and a great variation of colours available.

Quality is horrific! One week with the Milanese loop and it broke, was sent a second and 1 week of wearing and it’s broken again! Really disappointing as other bands are decent

I emailed Bakers Bands telling them that I had bought a watch strap last year (2025), and the band on the strap had fallen off and that I really expected it to last longer than that, as I don't have an active lifestyle. By Monday, I got an email telling me that another identical strap was on its way. The strap arrived and is ideal.

I was delighted by this. Good service, quietly and effectively done and done quickly. The mark of a quality organisation.

This is my second watch strap from Bakers Bands, not because there was anything wrong with my first one. I bought the 2nd one just to give me a choice as I was very impressed with my first strap (both are leather) and suit my Apple watch perfectly.

Good enough for use daily
