I am really pleased with my white leather apple watch compatible strap. I ordered a metal strap originally but did not like the colour. It has been replaced no questions asked and incredibly promptly... Voir plus

Very poor support & Lack of communication
Order number: #81074
Refund request: #814E702758242
Ordered a band for iWatch, but due to small wrist and the fact that the band was bigger than original ones decided to return.
Return is not straight forward: you receive an email that it has been approved(how it can be not ?) and then you have to go to the mail and post it.
Send it back on 6th of Nov by post. No notifications - nothing ever since.
Tried the email address from refund message - no results.
Contact form on their website brought the same pitiful results.
The question is: where is customer service here?

Réponse de Bakers Bands Limited
Hi Ekaterina,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have looked into this matter and can confirm that our customer service team has processed a refund for your order. We have not yet received the returned item; however, we understand that parcels can occasionally go missing with Royal Mail, so we issued the refund anyway.
Kind Regards,
Bakers Bands

Ordered a strap over 9 months ago.
Ordered a strap over 9 months ago.
Not much use, as I use this watch for walks and runs, but it had snapped.
Emailed to say I was unhappy, but due to the timeframe, I didn’t expect a refund.
3 days later, a new strap has arrived.
It’s rare to get customer service like this these days and as a result, I will now be looking for a new strap for my Wife’s Apple Watch.
Thanks Barkers Bands team 👏
