Balloons Delivered Avis 

USE this service! I ordered a 60th anniversary ballon to be sent to my sister and husband. I was kept up to date with the process, the delivery was PERFECT!! The ballon arrived when I was told, the result of excellent service. The old bride and groom were thrilled. Thank you for being so reliable.

I ordered a balloon as a surprise for my daughter’s birthday as I could not spend it with her. The box arrived crushed and the balloon deflated she was so disappointed. I contacted them and instead of offering to replace the balloon or a refund, they asked me to post this huge box back to them, which had already been disposed of as she lives in a small flat. A very disappointing experience, I have sent them many emails which they ignore. I would not recommend them, this is not acceptable customer service.

The balloons all arrived in great condition, and my son was absolutely delighted and loved them all.

I was very quick to judge this company as I wasn't happy but the issue was with DPD not them the balloons I received were great and made my 3 year old grandson very happy I would definitely use again (if they used a different delivery company )

Do not order from these. Ordered (nearly two weeks before date) a 'last day of being 49' balloon. Ordered for the friday and arrived the following Monday 3 days after my partners 50TH!!! No response on email. Cost £33 for nothing! I was very embarrased that it arrived after his birthday - will never use these again. And will persue the refund!

I never complain but this was ridiculous!

Absolutely disappointed with whole experience by Balloons-Delivered.co.uk. Ordered 30th Birthday number balloons and received my order with deflated number. My gift was completely spoiled. Sent several emails with no response to my query.
Finally they have replied with processing a refund for 1 number only. Seriously? Do you expect me to give only 1 number for a gift? I was not able to use it whatsoever. While 1st balloon was completely deflated, 2nd number also lasted only 2 days which was not expected because usually they last longer.
I waisted 25£ with only 9£ being refunded to me.
Send more emails with no response or apology whatsoever. Absolute scam.
Will not recommend this company...
Still waiting my response from them which I sent in September.

One of the best balloons I’ve ever bought, it’s still inflated nearly 3 weeks on , only disappointing thing was delivery was a day late . Even so I would recommend and will use again in future.

Balloons are lovely and you do pay an extra price for the balloons as they are being created, boxed and delivered straight to your door without the fuss and running around doing it yourself which in some cases is worth the extra money. Great communication and excellent delivery arrangements, I would 100% use again. Thank you

Very lovely coloured balloon which I was able to ask for my own wording on. It arrived on time and was packaged securely and made a lovely surprise for my friends birthday. I have ordered from this company a few times now and they have always been spot on! I will definitely continue to order from them again.

Great service and balloons. Order was for my daughters birthday and I ordered for the wrong address. Changes were made for delivery to the correct address with no problem. Balloons were ordered the day before in readiness. Would highly recommend.

I paid over the odds for balloons to be delivered on a specific day.

All was on track until the afternoon they where due. Text to say delayed. I called delivery company, they said contact supplier. Couldn’t find a telephone line that was accepting calls/being answered so I emailed them as per website instructions (28th September) and I’ve still had no reply (October 11th).
The balloons where then delivered to a neighbour and by the time they got to recipient where partially deflated.

Definitely would not recommend.

Excellent balloon package with a little packet of sweets. Very good quality and competitive price too. Arrived on time and was a lovely surprise to kick start the morning for my daughter's 30th. 2 weeks later and they are still floating, compared to others I purchased a day or 2 later. Would definintely order again.

The balloon was for an 80th birthday over the weekend so we were concerned about getting the delivery right. It arrived a day earlier than expected, on the Thursday and was still fully inflated when we had the celebration on the Sunday. A really nice balloon - just the job!

Ordered for my son's 21st. Was a bit nervous with it being delivered to Uni accommodation but absolutely stress free. It was delivered during the hour slot I was given and he was very happy! Thank you.

Brought balloons for my grandson to give to he mum he only 7 years old he was so happy when they come the day before her birthday the company were quick and reliable I will order from them again good value as well 🙂

What a simple and easy way to order balloons to be delivered to my son to celebrate his 18th birthday at boarding school.
My order was delivered perfectly on the day requested and emails sent out regularly to keep me up to date.

Paid extra to guarantee delivery day. Balloons arrived on correct day and arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend and use this company again.
