I had had wonderful support from this organisation. Most recently I had dealt with Anna, who had all along been extremely pleasant, and with the advisor Richard, who had been very patient and knowledgeable too. Even if we live in a location different from Anna's and never therefore met face to face, she made the whole process seem quite seamless, as we communicated well via phone appointments and emails. Friendly, approachable and honest.
When we first contacted them the first point of contact, Anna, was friendly and helpful. She assessed our situation by asking the relevant questions and she got to the heart of our situation and how we needed help.
We were booked in with the appropriate person, Sabine, within a short space of time (not sraight away due to Covid-19). This appointment was via Skype and had an initial charge.
The Skype session went well with no problems and Sabina advised us as best she could.
We were advise that if we had additional questions or needed to tell Sabina anything else we could email and we would get a reply within a short time.
The only problem with this system of appointments is if you have a lot of documents. We can not tell what is relevant and what is not and we must photograph every one to forward via email. This is not ideal and may need rethinking.
Other all our experience was very positive. Anna even did a follow up call to see if we needed additional help or clarifications and offered to receive all our photographs of our documents to see which ones may be relevant.

Baltic Migration and principally Rihards did a great job in obtaining my citizenship.
It's been a road with a number of obstacles and delays mostly caused by Covid but we have negotiated these successfully.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Baltic Migration and Rihards as always professional, knowledgeable, and finger on the pulse when things needed doing. When I need further help, Baltic Migration will be my first port of call.
My impression is that Baltic Migration is respected by the Government authorities involved as there was no questioning or problems with documentation submitted.
The process is not cheap, but a lot of work was required at times and I believe the work was of a high quality, and the cost was fair.
Why not 5 stars? Purely because of communications with us: difficulty getting updates and assistance requested at times and was wanting, with messages/emails not responded to (we're not demanding / pushy at all I believe).
The result was positive for us.

I rate Baltic migration 10 out 10 for their services. Highly professionals and knowledgeable. From the first time I called Anna the secretary that I spoke to first, was able to explain the reason why the Citizenship office had rejected our application which we had submitted previously, the Citizenship office actually neglected to explain to us. When I called the firm that day I was looking for representation in order to appeal against the Citizenship office's decision. I was extremely distraught. Anna was able to calm me as she explained that we didn’t need to appeal but actually what we needed to do was apply again but we the correct form and she believed that our case would be a successful one. She passed our case to lawyer who commenced our application. We had to do this fast as we didn’t have much time and also the codvid19 lockdown was just about to begin. Richard the lawyer that took our case was simply brilliant in the way he handled everything. He is professional, knowledgeable and works is a very timely manner. He submitted our application very quickly and what I most appreciate about the way Richard dealt with our case is the fact that he always remained professional even when we became inpatient with waiting for a decision.He always returned my calls and tried to resolve any requests we had as quickly as possible. Richard dealt with our case in a very humane way and this made me feel like he actually cared about us rather than just another paying client.
