As a retiree & not one that is in a position to lose a small amount of funds, much less $7800, I tried my best to do my due diligence in verifying what I was getting into. Perhaps not said explicably, but it was highly, highly implied that a chimp would be able to build a sizable income with concentrated efforts & the expertise of the Digital CEO program. "No need for advanced computer skills." Yada, yada, yada. I was what they hoped for!
I was NEVER told there was a 72 hour window to request a refund. I went thru several of the videos more than once because they were moving too quickly & I was not picking up the material. I reached out to the nice lady that initially spoke with me when researching the program & was informed that refunds were not an option. I have reached out via email to Mr. Osborne himself. I have no idea if he received my email because I received no response. Since reaching out, my husband's cancer is no longer in remission, our insurance is no longer accepted by his oncologist & every. little. dollar. counts. Started reaching out again because I am desperate. My husband fell 2 weeks ago & has suffered a brain bleed. I am a wreck & I have no other choice than to file a complaint with the Colorado Federal Trade Commission & the Colorado Attorney General. Please, please look elsewhere before falling into the same situation. I do think there are those that can do well with the guidance of Digital CEO but I believe there was misrepresentation in implying "anyone" will have success if they apply themselves. I had no money to lose & I can assure you< I DID everything I knew to do.

I’ve been through most rank and rent courses out there due to the majority of them being bad. I went through BAM ie Digjtal CEOs in the very beginning. And after learning actually how to do it, I realized digital CEOs/BAM did it completely wrong. It was an absolute waste of time. He has appx 6500 students and there’s a reason why rank and rent is still not saturated. If he actually taught it correctly, that many people doing it, RnR would be completely saturated. Absolutely garbage program

Terrible I didn’t believe the SEO story but I invested because these type of people can get fined. I never got my 900 back that the lady made up her own policy and said it’s not refundable I guess. That’s not egregiousness. I’m not going to court for mis leading stuff. The important part is they never use the word SOFTWARE or have a system to find prospects like the justice system has. My mother taught me one thing THIS TOO SHALL PASS. Now they selling leads what rich person paying me to know that they rich ONLY QUEENS AND KINGS PAY THAT. But they all dead now.

I am having the same issue as the reviewer below. There is nothing in the contract nor was there anything stated during the call that there is a 72 hour refund period. I am not a fit for this program and will also be taking any action I can to get my money back. I’ve filed a claim with PayPal and will also be contacting the FTC and Consumer Complaints. This is so unprofessional.

They attempted to sell their “bs” program but I’m not that vulnerable. After talking with me for a few minutes, I told Tony it was still unclear what they are promoting and he says, this is not a good fit for you. And I asked, well how I know if I really have no clue what “it” is. I started reading their replies to complaints here and it’s obvious they don’t care about you as they are defensive, and arrogant. When more than 30% are dissatisfied with your service, it’s a ginormous red flag. 1/2 the stuff they do according to a Reddit poster you can for yourself for free. You are much better off getting books and learning the “ropes” yourself. I asked Tony what does he get out of this and he just could not comprehend the question. It boiled down to Tony “Recruiting desperate and vulnerable people” who can’t really afford their $5k-10k promotion while disclaiming any success.

So I found this one day by searching for passive income opportunities. They are GREAT sales people. My phone call was about an hour with a pleasant "coach" who asked me about and talked up my dreams and desires to have more time available while still making money. I have a full time job and just recently 2 little children were placed in my home (i am a foster parent). There are 2 paths that are sold as "If you have more time than money" and "If you have more money than time." I don't have a lot of time or money.

This program is anything but passive! It requires hours of research, recording videos, watching their 100's of "training" videos, contacting potential clients, doing the work, etc. Again.. anything but passive. This is a full time job. Not what I signed up for. So they quoted me $9k! It was sold to me so good that I took the leap and chose to pay over time. This of course was before I could see any course content. The contract does not spell out the cancelation policy of 48 or 72 hours, whatever it is. It just says that you can cancel by contacting them. You can't even get a feel for if its is right for you in that amount of time with the countless "inspirational" videos you have to watch just to get to what you will be doing. Which im sure is by design.

After a week of going though countless videos and seeing all of the additional tools they are promoting to be fully successful (which costs additional money), some of which are owned by this company, I decided I do not have the time or the funds to do this. Once I got a good feel for what this is, I sent an email to cancel, 5 days after signing up. No go!

They talk about loosing it all to get to where they are. Well sir, everyone is not going to do that and spending all of their time working the business. That's not what I signed up for.

So, here we are. They are expecting all of this money from me, for something I am no longer interested using or can pay for. Good luck with that.

If you are good at sales and have money to blow, regardless of which "path" you take. Go for it. If you don't have any money to potentially waste and not interested in maxing out your CC cards and/or no time for another full time job, don't sign up for this! You can get all of this information on YouTube or by picking up a book for less than $500.

Was very interested and had to take a leap of faith because I couldn't view the classes beforehand. Signed up for the course: $7,800. 72 hour money back guarantee and signed a contract saying I won't request a chargeback from my credit card company or I may be subject to legal fees.

By the time I got my logins, syllabus, spoke with a trainer a few times and watched videos a month had passed before I realized this program wasn't a good fit for me. Reached out to Joshua Osborne & billing to see if we could make a deal for a prorated refund which I was fine with. They were against any kind of reimbursement. Was not treated well, not a good experience. Are people making money? Yes, I think there are people in the program making money. How many? Can't say as there are thousands of people signed up and the billing dept told me I wasn't the only one asking for a refund as "it would be unfair to extend an exception." There are a lot of new people. You receive a 1:1 trainer which is one person who trains all the new people on group calls and you can request individual calls for the first 90 days. I think you need to have good technical skills to navigate the various programs they use. The training didn't make sense to me. Remote learning is a different animal and just recording a bunch of videos and asking people to ask the community and work with a group trainer for 90 days wasn't realistic with the amount of questions and hands on training I needed to succeed. Just remember, once you sign up, the clock is ticking for 72 hours for you to decide if this program is a fit for you which doesn't give you much time.

The training is very thorough and gets updated annually, plus there are live sessions twice a week. It definitely offers a lot of value. I'm happy with it.

I've been with them for 6 months now. The training and bi-weekly coaching calls have been so effective that I now have 10 clients. I even managed to leave my job 2 months ago. It's overwhelming just reflecting on this journey.

I've tried other marketing programs where it didn't own up to what it was claiming. After seeing all that it entailed I took that chance on myself and it was one of the best decisions I've made in my life!

The thing I like the most about this program is the community, it really feels like a family. Josh and all of the coaches are make sure to be there for you and get the help you need.

Overall, an amazing experience!

Happy to not only find a great, legit program but the coaching, mentoring and support is outstanding. I went into another program that was too high tech and cost almost double of this one. Be careful what those other slick sales people tell you. This program actually delivers on the coaching.. You have to put time into it but you can have money coming and and get a ROI in 90 days if you invest the time. I'm in over two years and walked from the 9-5 and make over $23k a month consistently. Many others are well over $50k a month. It's because of the coaching and support and mentorship from Josh. If you are seriously looking for a legit program, this is it!

It's hard to top the live trainings and support offered with BAM. Coaches are knowledgeable and Josh himself actively helps people as well. It's supportive and life changing!

These folks are so genuine and personable. The amount of support I received going into this process is exactly what I was looking for.

Definitely a scam tried this program once before y’all don’t fall for this scam and they are paying others to write reviews to start controversy.It’s not looking good for UNITED GROWTH and UNITED GROWTH BAM LLC.You are not BBB accredited I wonder why.If you ever wondering if it’s really a scam it is don’t fall for this SEO crap.All they are selling you is a dream.Not sure how any of these people are sleeping at night when they are taking from the vulnerable and desperate enough to fall for this.Doesn’t matter if you respond defending this claim people complain for a reason and if it’s the same reason then there you go you got a real problem.

Okay I will say it like this. DON'T DO IT! The few making any money are those who paid well over the annitial investment of 5K PERIOD! They do not disclose up front that any training over the basic is going to cost you THOUSANDS more! I saw people post to the group that they were out of money but jacked up credit cards just to get more training and be included in the clique inner circle. These are the folks that get elevated and treated like royality. Very high school. I've also noticed I'm getting inundated with emails and text messages from new BAM recruits that BAM is moving and letting me know I can move all of my material over to the new platform. Something is not adding up with this. I have requested via text and email to be removed and explained why but still getting emails. They must be desperate for business. OR they've been sued. 2+2=4 Something is not adding up! Don't do it!

I fell for the scam that they are putting out. Lost $1000 up front and tried to get me to pay $650 a month to continue "training" as what they say they will be teaching you is completely different in practice. The coaches are hard to get ahold of and lead you in by overpromising and underperforming on the services. Yes they do have good community that will try to help you. However even thought they charge you all this money for the training you still have to pay all the up front costs of starting a buisness. In addition if you want to do the lead gen route good look getting your page trending because their advise is try and get others to blog about it. If you want to go the sales route then it can be effective as they teach you to research companies and cold call them and see if they will allow someone with no experience design their websites. If I can save someone the experience of BAM or the lack of it then this post would be worth it.

My legitimate review here was red-flagged by BAM as false, removed, then replaced with a couple more reviews written by BAM themselves. These people are con artists, GIVE THEM NOTHING.
