Excellent customer care!
Being a new platform, I needed help navigating online,but once I was able to get assistance with great customer service it was fairly simple to link all accounts and make transfers. I am absolutely grateful for all the help I needed both via text and personal calls. Looking forward to being a loyal client and watch my funds grow:)

I was unable to link both my One West Bank Account and SoFi Account as well. They do not use Plaid.

Abraham - we have other members who have connected their Fair accounts to SoFi and we can assist you in doing that as well, if you speak with Karla in customer service. She will reach out to you soon.

Had attempt to put in an application…
Had attempt to put in an application but because my internet connection began lagging I had to exit the verification process and they will not allow me to continue without jumping through hoops, cannot believe the good reviews.
If I could give zero stars I would, I did as they suggested and went to continue application and it would not let me, said my application had expired and contact customer service. If I want to spend my day on the phone or computer I would do it for a living.

June, to continue your application you should only need to go to https://signup.bankwithfair.com/ and click the "Continue an application" link at the bottom of the page. Any "hoops" are in place for legal and privacy reasons to protect you against someone opening an account in your name, and to protect us from financial loss. Every financial institution is required to collect certain information to adequately verify the identity of the account holder (it's called KYC verification in case you're interested, and is mandated by the US government). We're sorry for the trouble you have had with your internet speed, and we hope you will reconsider and allow us to assist you with your application by contacting customer service by clicking on the Need Help? icon on our website so that you can gave Fair a "fair" chance!
Excellent experience
Very easy to open an account and transfer money to recipients. Great benefit of having a 4% Wealth Building account.
Would recommend to add more countries like Canada to international fund transfers.

I'm very happy with Bank with Fair!
I'm very happy with Bank with Fair. I love innovation and this is a bank that keeps on delivering great and useful features & benefits that aren't offered by any other bank that I can think of, such as a wealth account that pays up to 4% in dividends! And that too without a single fee (or hidden ones).
Even more, the bank also helps out refugees too, and is working alongside the UN, helping solve real World problems.
Definitely a 5 star!
