So sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Baofeng Colleague keeps following the first issue and waiting technician answer, as you sent video yesterday. Then we can provide solution. According to your order we sent walkie talkie, antenna and other accessories to your address and you did not mention "missing" before. Is there any misunderstanding? My faulty UV5R replaced with a new one
My UV5R became faulty after a month and Baofeng replaced it with a new one. FANTASTIC service. I was really pleased with Baofeng for this.

Great company to deal with
The Communication with the company was really good and delivery was super speedy, but the walkie-talkies themselves were not so good. The range doesn’t match the description and signal is extremely crackly when talking.

Good service but took a while to answer…
Good service but took a while to answer issues as I had the wrong radios sent to me. Have a UK address but cannot use it and have to wait for a single daily reply. If there was 24 hour or local service would be a higher score.
Following my review Baofeng contacted me to address the issues which as very kind and much appreciated. I would certainly use them again.

Having just obtained my license I was looking for a cheap handheld as an introduction and doubt Baofeng can be beat at this price. I'm assuming that they ship once a week as the tracking notification was reporting that the post office was awaiting the item for 6 days. However after that it was delivered within 2 working days.
So far so good. I'm picking repeaters and enjoying using it.
