Poor quality and worse service
I bought a headboard, there were no linen swatches available so I went with what was visible on the website. It arrived and was not the mid grey I had ordered it was charcoal black. The headboard fabric was poor and ruched in places. They wouldn’t refund or exchange without me paying to return it and seemed to not accept any accountability, my emails returned as not delivered after the second time

I can see from the audit trail you had advised the colour you chose was grey but you received "Black" - upon requesting images of this from us you had changed your message to you have received "Grey" but are not happy with this. Nevertheless our products are hand made to order. We do provide free swatches however these are based on availability which we update accordingly.

If i could give it 6 stars I would!!
I have bought a blanket box and a headboard from this company and I am absolutely delighted with them!
The quality is fantastic, I went for soft velvet on both items and the fabric is just gorgeous, the overall finish of both items is perfect as well.
It's a shame we don't have more beds we need headboards for, or I'd be back buying more!
The delivery was a little slow, but in these difficult times it was to be expected, but communication from the sellers was excellent.

Excellent value for money
Ordered a padded ottoman blanket box from this company. It arrived on the day they said it would. It looks fantastic. Much better quality than I expected. Would definitely use this company again and would definitely recommend them to others.
