Wish I'd read the reviews first but mistakenly trusted Wowcher. I ordered 2 mystery grocery boxes on 31st October, 19 days later and numerous messages trying to get this order and not one response! Disgraceful behaviour from Bargain buddy and still I've not received anything! Do not buy from this company or Wowcher, they're as bad as each other! This has been so frustrating, just want my money back but thats seeming very unlikely as they will not engage with me!

Awful service , nothing in the box was worth over 50 p , single packet of crisps that tasted awful , a cheap energy drink amongst over rubbish
Whole box was a waste , glad I didn’t purchase the second one that I had a Wowcher code for , don’t waste your money

If I could have given a zero rating, then I would have. Pity I didn't read the reviews first! I had an unused wowcher code that was due to expire so bought the 'mystery box'
I was quite looking forward to it arriving, I should have known when I received the box that the only mystery would be which out of date skip the goods inside had been retrieved from! Three out of date items, an open packet of biscuits, dented tins, a packet of noodles with about a month to expiry, not even anything that could be usefully donated to local food bank, my advice DON'T waste your money!!!!

Awful quality goods, awful customer service. Expensive. Order arrived smashed to bits & they are ignoring my emails.

First deliver what your costumes have ordered for a start. Disappointed these vouchers were on wowcher. I site. I trust.
This is a scam. Don't by these voucher.
I bought two of these grocery mystery box. Paid £2.50 from wowcher. This gives you the box for £20.00 instead of £40.00 then £3.99 delivery.£57.97 out of pocket. Shocking.

Do not buy from this company, i ordered 2 boxes and delivery was for 2/3 days, however 3 weeks later got a email with delivery tracking number,went on the yodel website to trace order, no updates available, emailed yodel, they then sent it the next day. I Fort great my delivery as finally came but to my disappointment only one box came, the contant was not £40 pounds with of goods, emailed bargain buddy over 5 times and no reply to any of my emails 😑. I will never buy again from this company, stay away!from them.they are ripping people off and getting away with it .there is no phone number for them to contact directly.

Just received a so called bargain ( value £40 ) who has done the value it’s not even worth £10 I wouldn’t waist £5 on the box of rubbish . Money is tight & I am ashamed of myself for waisting £25 on such a box of rubbish . Really stay away from this site .

Poor service no way are the groceries worth £20 let alone apparently £40 worth ! Shouldn’t be trading rip off company

Awful!! My box arrived arrived but most of the stuff was either out date or needed to be used this month. I emailed but surprise no response! I will never buy from them again.

Both companies are great at taking your money but don’t come up with the products Both companies never get back to you.
Won’t use either again

Do not order from this company. You will receive damaged, out of date goods, dirty to the point there was dead insects present.

Don’t touch them with a barge pole - ordered two boxes, money has come straight off my account yet no contact from merchant re delivery and unable to get anyone to communicate with me to let me know what’s going on. Bought voucher from wowcher who have washed their hands and said as I paid money direct to merchant I need to take this up with them. Not impressed with either company I won’t be using either again. Be warned

I am very disappointed i was tempted by £20 box for £40 items got my box today biscuits open crushed out of date stuff by years stuff didn't add up to £40 not even a tenner waste of money and time actually want to return it it's that crap

Unfortunately I was tempted by the deal of a £20 grocery box from Wowcher and when it arrived I was very disappointed to see the 70% of the perishable products were out of date. Some by 2 years. Even the tinned spaghetti was out of date. Nearly all food products had to be thrown away. The few items which I’ve kept would have cost far less than £20.

Absolutely terrible. Food is 3 years - YES 3 years passed its best before date. On their website, it promotes the surplus food as “just passed best before” or “reaching its sell by”. None of this is edible. They don’t respond. Absolute waste of money for £20. DO NOT BUY!!

I made the mistake of ordering 2 bargain boxes at 20 pounds each,big mistake.The items were all literally thrown into a box together,breaking the biscuits with the tins,some of the items were out of date in 2023.Most of it went in the bin,never again.
