Delivery was prompt, on time and helpful delivery men. The garden furniture was good value for the money paid.

Don't order from these
Don't order from these, they use a delivery company that will damage the items and not deliver inside. And are very rude. And after showing proof they, don't acknowledge their faults.
Very disappointed, and very bad costumer service.

Please don’t buy Furniture from…
Please don’t buy Furniture from Bargania.com. All furniture they sell is returned, used, or defective.
We attempted to return the sofa, but initially, they didn’t believe it was defective. After sending photos and videos, they finally accepted it. The sofa was collected by Arrow XL.
I contacted the company to request a refund, and they confirmed that the item had been received in the warehouse and that a refund would be issued. Now, the company is claiming that they didn’t receive the sofa, and the Arrow XL courier company incorrectly marked the collection as successful. What a liar company.
Please stay away from this company.

Ive ordered from tik tok shop loads of times , but never had an experience like this, advertised fanta at a good price the pictures show UK made drinks ,but thats not what you get its foreign made with no labels in english which is by the way illegal . Tbf the people that i dealt with were curtious and did tell me the direction to go reagrading returns however they turned down my refund and return request . Tik tok has been useless i cant get a return as im a wheelchair user and cant get the item to a post office 48 cans are heavy for anyone . Just be cautious when buying from here as things are not always a bargain . Seen as im stuck with them trading standards can have them and do what they need to do .

Great value for money
