Bar Juice customer service made my experience GREAT!! Initially I received the wrong flavours and Bar Juice customer service (Sarah B) dealt swiftly with the problem and I received the correct e-liquid flavours within 2 days. Refund process is poor
Done an order with this company and refused the delivery as I wanted a refund as I did not want the order I made. Royal Mail have now said they tried to deliver back to them today but was unsuccessful. So now I am worried and have had to make a dispute with my bank! Shocking!!
