Unrivalled customer service
Ordered a sewing machine online but was later told that it was no longer available. I was offered an alternative machine at a higher, albeit, discounted price but decided to look elsewhere for the machine I wanted. I was contacted again by Dom who was determined to find me the machine I wanted and was able to offer me a returned item at a further discounted price. Dom went above and beyond what I’m normally accustomed too and if he is an example of how this company operates then no one should have reason to consider an alternative.

Aurifil thread order
Colours and weights of Aurifil that I wanted were in stock and at a reasonable price. Delivery charges very reasonable and super quick. Very pleased

Update of stock.
Webb site said they were in stock so ordered straight away, unlike an other company who said they were in stock then 3weeks later informed me that they didn't have any. Also quick delivery. Can't fault them.
